If I could give this place 0 stars I really would. It’s no way in the world I walked in at 9:30 and at 9:49 I left with no food. I literally stood in line before 5-6 people stood behind me. FIVE lazy employees walked back and forth down the assembly line making online orders and NOT ONCE did they acknowledge the customers that stood in line waiting!! They literally stood there, ALL FIVE OF THEM, making online orders only. They told us since the online orders were paid, they had to make them first. Keep in mind they were starting to run out of food as we stood there waiting and waiting. I don’t understand why it takes 5 people!!! One person should have been on register, 2 doing online, & 2 helping customers on the inside!! I literally asked for a manger and the employee told me she was busy. She was less than 6 ft away from her cooking on the grill preparing chicken. 10 MINUTES went by and so called manager walked back and forth around the kitchen and not once came to ask what I wanted or needed. She proceeded to ask the employee what was wrong rather than the CUSTOMER WHO ASKED FOR HER!! Me and the other customers were beyond frustrated with the blatant disrespect & asked for names and cooperate number. This so called manager walked away from us all and rolled her eyes and went back to do what she was doing. The light skin female employee with the glasses literally stood in my face laughing and proceeded to argue with me. She deserves to be fired due to her lack of unprofessionalism and so should the manager that has no managing skills what so ever. I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH COOPERATE AS WELL!!
AND BY THE WAY::::: ALL THE CUSTOMERS WHO WERE IN LINE WITH ME, INCLUDING MYSELF,...
Read moreI used to like this Chipotle, but at this point, it can go to hell. Seriously.
First the midday disagreement I had to have with a line worker who, for whatever reason, took issue with the fact that I, a person who does not eat meat and avoids soy protein meat replacements, was okay with waiting for 6 min for fajitas. Ma’am. Only one of us was on clock— there was no rush for me. I told her I would wait or she could trash it, her choice. She then went to the online order section & “found” some fajita veggies. Then proceeded to ask me two more times AFTER I told her I don’t eat meat or soy what protein I wanted.
Tonight though? I, the person who doesn’t eat meat, paid $17.76 for someone else’s barbacoa bowl with guac & whatever else ON TOP OF my own $14.37 veggie bowl & kids quesadilla. Why? Because of the carelessness that accompanies a shortened & very tired staff. I felt bad for them, but at the same time— unacceptable. ESPECIALLY, Brandon, when I tell you that I paid for someone else’s order and you just ball up the receipt and say “my bad”… THEN WALK AWAY. I was so livid that I knew Baltimore County would be called, so I just walked out. I had no kindnesses. No more patience. No grace. None. To top it off, the young sir forgot my vinaigrette (probably because he stopped ringing me up to tend to another matter). Speaking of… my partner and several other patrons were asked to TIP FOR AN ASSOCIATE TO STOP AND MAKE VINAIGRETTE one night on a separate visit.
At this point, I’ll make the damn food at home myself because Foundry Row is just as terrible & trifling. Once the charge posts, I’ll dispute it through my bank because nah. I barely wanted to pay for my own food after such terrible service, but I am definitely not...
Read moreSaying a mess is nothing. I walked in at 8 sharp and was second person in the line. However, everything was going super slow! Manager ( how she introduced herself) and another employee were sitting at the dinning area and loudly ordering to the rest of employees behind the counter what they going to have. Two older ladies made a comment nicely that situation starts getting ridiculous as long as it’s a big line already, the kitchen is terribly dirty ( same as dinning area), half of staff don’t know what they are doing there , some items are out and none cares. One of employees immediately started to prepare meal for a manager in front of a huge line disregarding all complaints. The manager raised up and in a totally mean and rude way answered few customers. The only person who at least was trying to do something was a young female (trainee)! Even though she didn’t know much but doesn’t seem anyone put an effort to train her.
My meal looked awful! I got 3 tacos , all were mixed like a salad and just rolled together in foil , cheese almost not visible ( I was told “we are out”) .
I’d never come back! The worst Chipotle location ever been to! They are representing a huge chain and seems like no corporate ethics to be mentioned.
Such a pity to have a new location here and already with a bad experience.
First thing in the morning, Health Department needs to be called there . Dirty kitchen didn’t even look safe for food preparation there.
But what to say more , if manager’s attitude showed entire...
