Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

I’ve been going to this tropical smoothie and other ones in the area, but by far this is the most efficient one. The smoothies are always delicious and the food is good. My most recent experience there wasn’t great. Tropical smoothie has a rewards system and I spent a lot of money here and saved up all of my rewards until I had about 3-4 thousand points and the last couple times Ive Ordered from here I’ve used my free smoothie. When I used my free smoothie this morning, the manager Sam asked me how I have so many points and I told him I spend a lot of money here and have saved them up from this store and other stores. He accused me of scamming and said he is going to ban me from this store if I keep using my free rewards. I gave him my number to look me up in the system to see all of the money I’ve spent. He was very rude about it and I’m not ok with being harassed about using my rewards that I’ve saved up. If you don’t want people to use their rewards, then take it out of the store. Seems we paying for 3/4 cup of smoothie, there is already a deep sink in the bottom of the cup. I stand at the register for a good 5 minutes plus one staff back turn rinsing the blender, other guy stacking up the fruits and another staff walk pass me to talk to I’m assuming a friend to chitchat. They all made eye contact when I walked in so I know they saw me and I’m not small either. The store wasn’t busy I was the only one in line other customers were dinning. I spend my hard working money here everyday. Acknowledgment cu when they walk in. Stop coming to work like you and the world is at war. Fix your face, you’re in the hospitality industry. Most days the food and smoothies are great. On 6/4 I ordered a detox smoothie and I feel like the kids working there had no idea what they were doing. The smoothie wasn't smooth at all (no pun intended). There were so many chunks in it, I had to switch to a boba straw just to drink it. It's as if the smoothie wasn't blended at all: many chunks of ice, more pineapple chunks than I've ever had in the past, pieces of ginger. Also the wait time was longer than usual, though the smoothie seemed to be rushed through, and it wasn't exactly crowded when I went.
