Chopstix — Restaurant in Maryland

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I was looking for a different Chinese restaurant to order from because the last place I tried wasn't very good. I stumbled upon this place online and saw that they had some Thai options as well, so I was sold. I ordered delivery and it arrived in about 30 minutes, which is a decent time. I ordered a Spring Roll, Shrimp Fried Rice, Mango Shrimp, and Pad Thai. The spring roll was one of the best I've had. I wished I had ordered more than one. The shrimp fried rice could have used a bit more shrimp and veggies but otherwise had good flavor. The Pad Thai was absolutely delicious. It had a little bit of spice to it which went really well with the citrus flavor. Next time I am going to order the large size. The mango shrimp is not something I would order again. They give you a lot of mango, which is great, I just wasn't a fan of the sauce they used on it. I expected a slightly spicy sauce or a more savory sauce to balance with the mango, but instead it was a creamy/buttery sauce. There was no description of the item on the menu to let you know ahead of time what would be in it, so I would say that's the only downside. Ok, i dont know qhat the going rate for chinese food is nowadays but $15 for a large pork fried rice and 2 egg rolls seems ridiculous.. but looking at their prices it was 8.95 for the pork fried rice and 2.30 per egg roll.. not complaining about the food but when did it get this expensive??

The dining area was mostly clean but as usual , they use alot of it for storage.., so its not bad , id just rather not be sitting around a bunch of boxes.. the people were courteous, no complaints there, but it felt cramped in there..

Food is average, not bad but not great.. i didnt really like the rice, but i didnt hate it, it was good enough.. i dont know if it was just a off day for them, but the place could be better organized..

All in all, wasnt a bad experience.. i just dont like tight spaces...

I had a horrible experience today. I ordered food over the phone the guy was really rude, yelling at me over the phone, I told him I don't need to be yelled. He told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes, so when I got there to pick my order, this guy started yelling at me again so I brought my cellphone from my car and start recording the way he was treating me as a customer, used to buy food from this place, never had bad experience before. But today was horrible, and told me They would not sell the food to me. I don't have a problem with that I can buy some where else, but nobody have the right to yell to someone else. Horrible customer service. I won't buy food from this...
