Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Dismissive. Had zero suggestions and made me feel like my questions were annoying and stupid. That is pathetic customer service. Short, unhelpful answers that weren't even answers at all. I use vape juice and also use disposable vapes out of convenience. I tried a different brand of disposable ("Hazey") and it is terrible, if not counterfeit. It was the worst disposable vape I have bought to date. Naturally, "absolutely no refunds". I get that. How do you refund a used disposable vape? But to claim that it is "good"? (that was the extent of the recommendation). Not to mentioned over-priced. I've never pain over $25 for even an ElfBar. $32. I asked if he had any (like I do, unsuccessfully, at nearly every vape shop) have any unflavored e-juice and he just pointed and said, "This is what we have." If 'this is what you have' is all you've got, I'd rather flush my money...

Said can I put you on a brief hold but instead of that hung up in my face so I called back told her she hung up one and she had further attitude and said look I have customers I really can't be having a back and forth with you right now I'm sorry I was just there the other day you guys still have delta 8 I deal with the manger in there you just didn't wanna deal withe poor business one...
