I placed a mobile order for over $100. When I went through the drive-through to get it, they forgot the fries and the sauces for the tenders. They replaced the fries, but then still forgot the sauce so I went inside to get sauce and the “General Manager” Sabina Akhmedova refused to give the sauces. She stated she already gave them to me, so I brought the bags inside and emptied them on the counter to show there were no sauces and we need sauces for the tenders. She was very rude and condescending. She stated that she only needed to put in the bag, what was on the receipt. I showed her the receipt and it stated five honey mustard. She continued to be rude and ignore me and stated she was not going to serve me any longer, and I needed to leave. She stated I could call the police or who ever I wanted and she didn’t care. Another young man came over and looked at my receipt and tried to get me the sauces providing excellent customer service. She demanded he don’t serve me. She stated if you mobile order something, she don’t have to replace anything if it’s missing. (So don’t mobile order from here because she stated they are not responsible for the order) I don’t understand how someone can be so rude and ignorant to anyone. What happened to customer service? She literally acted like giving me five sauces was going to take money out of her paycheck. I also shared compassion for the people who work for her! I can’t imagine! She agreed to provide me with the 800 number on the door for a customer complaint and the store number but, refused to give me any information on the owner or a manager above her! As I was leaving the store, there was a lady sitting in the dining room who empathetically stated to me, she was sorry I was experiencing this. I know people like managers have other issues in their lives going on and I may not be intentionally the target, therefore, I should take ignorance with a grain of salt. Unfortunately, everyone deals with things in their life. I don’t go around just treating anybody poorly because I’m struggling. Our Sunday dinner was completely ruined by the time I got done trying to deal with the issue that was never handled and our food was cold. Read moreThe worst customer service experience of my life. Sabrina, the manager is very unprofessional and lacks customer service etiquette. I will never order from this location again. I placed an online order and forgot to add the 6 pc promotion that Popeyes had going on. I called the store to add the missing item, Sabrina told me I had to cancel that order online because they can't add anything to the order in store. I went ahead and canceled the order online and received confirmation from Doordash that my order was canceled. I received a call from the Doordash driver that she picked up the order but got a notification that the order was canceled. I confirmed and told her yes. I then waited until my refund was processed to reorder my lunch. The second doordash driver that called me said he thinks he's at the wrong location, in which he was. I sent him a pic of my work location and stated the address that is on the order. When he came, he only had the wings and said that was all they gave him. I called the store and Sabrina said she's not making that order gain because she gave the first driver that food. I told her I had canceled that order and placed a new order and the driver only came with wings. She told me she's not making it again and hung up on me. I went to the store and she told me she's not making my second order because she made it twice. I said miss, the only thing that driver came with was the wings. She refused to make my order and said her store was out of 2 meals and then walked away from me. Read moreIf I could post a zero I would. First off when i called to get my mobile order made fresh before i got there i was denied and told that chicken comes up every twenty minutes. Then i requested to not have my order made until arrival so i could receive the fresh chicken. When i got there to i saw a bag already made. I requested fresh chicken again and was told that it was fresh eventhough i was literally watching the fresh chicken being sat on top of old chicken as i was waiting. Then i requested the GM name and number and was met again with resistance when the manager who told me his name was Marcus eventhough he had no name tag and was very rude but assumed the role of manager said that he could not give that information and that he did not know it. Then when i asked when she would be physically present he said "tomorrow, morning sometime" how did he even become a manager. But trust i will be talking to the hopefully real GM in the AM. DON'T GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! Oh and by the way i had already paid and ended up with no food. Highway robbery!
