I would give ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT waste your money going here. The whole experience at this location was enough for me to never ever return again. And tell everyone I know of the experience. My father and I stopped in for lunch, the drive thru was busy, so we decided to dine in. When we walked to the front to order, we both noticed a burger opened up on the counter, I’m guessing that was incorrect or someone complained about, which was disgusting to begin with. They shouldn’t have had it opened up on the counter like that. 🤢 We then proceeded to order our food. I asked for two sauces, honey mustard and ranch. We ordered TWO meals. So typically, when you order TWO meals, you get one sauce per meal. I was told that since I was asking for TWO sauces, I was going to be charged for the second one. I told the shorter blonde girl ( I didn’t get her name or ask) mainly due to her ignorance, I told her THREE different times honey mustard and ranch. She went to go charge me, even though I stated that while I’ve been to the drive thru at that location with my husband, ordered the same TWO sauces, I was given both with TWO meals. She said I’m not waiting on her and walked away from the register. I will say that was the first time someone has refused to wait on me. So my father and I asked her if we could speak to the manager. Most professional managers wouldn’t allow an employee to refuse to wait on a guest. As I have been in a management role before myself, this was far from professionalism. So the manager comes up yelling and saying there is a sign about charging for sauce. While I understand, extra sauces may be an up charge. We ordered two seperate meals, so it has nothing to do with spending an extra 34 cents I was charged. It’s the principle of adding extra money to your bill when you paid for a meal in which one sauce per meal usually comes with. The guy working there who was standing by the manager then tried to give us two sauces (without trying to charge) the manager then preceded to yell at him. I asked for the managers name since I will be following up with corporate. She then spelled it out for me I guess she thought I couldn’t read. When undermining my intelligence for her ignorance. I refused to sit in their location and eat after the way I was treated. And I surely hope the other guests inside heard how this ghetto women was screaming at a 9 month pregnant woman who is due...
Read moreI have periodically visited this burger king for nearly 20 yrs now, and until this evening never had a negative experience. The way I was treated tonight was uncalled for and completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. First off, for whatever reason no outside lights were on, none of the signs on or off the building nor any parking lot lighting was on. While I was in there an older gentleman complained that he could not see and almost hit a little boy. He was blown off by all 3 employees he told (I don't think they knew what to do). The restaurant was not busy at all. Only a couple people inside and no line at the drive through. It was obvious they were short staffed, and it seemed there was no manager or supervisor present. A few employees were obviously not very fond of eachother, and there was alot of loud talking/mouthing going on. The young lady who was making the food seemed to be the one causing the trouble, and was certainly voicing her displeasure of being there and of the other staff. I can tolerate all of this, I was just there to get my food and be on my way. What happened next is what got to me. I had a small order, under $10, however I had to wait 25 minutes to get my food to go. I left my 2 yr old son in the car with my daughters as I assumed it would be a quick in and out. After waiting a very long time all my food was ready except onion rings, so I very politely told the girl that she could just give me fries instead, that it was fine. I was in no way mad, rude or anything. I just wanted to get out of there. Once I told the girl she could give me fries instead the young woman who was cooking the food looked right at me and said "I just put the onion rings in for you", then as she walked away continuing her glaring eye contact with me said "your welcome" in the most rude tone. It doesn't sound that bad, but if you were there and observed it, you would have been speechless. I couldn't believe she talked to me in that way. I did absolutely nothing to this person nor any other staff. I understand people have bad days but come on. The girl taking orders looked at me and immediately started apologizing for the...
Read moreOne of the most disgusting experiences I've ever had in my life. An over priced, horrible tasting meal. Took one bite and threw it in the trash. The driver disregarded instructions, though specific, and just threw the carryout bag in the yard outside my front door. Not only was it cold but it had a weird taste to it. The fries had left over,( I assume), onion rings mingled though I didn't order them. It was totally disgusting and for $20 (for a Jr. Whopper meal) I expected at least a half decent hamburger. I only ordered bc my husband was sick, normally I cook every night, so I thought I'd give myself a break but wow, what a mistake that was. I'll never, ever order or go to bk again. I honestly felt like someone had purposely spit on my meal. I have struggled with an eating disorder for years anyway, and this just fuels my fire. Good luck bk, you suck so badly even a person with an ed...
