ICE CREAM Lovers...Don’t Go to this Branch!!!!! Extremely bad experience...we are in the USA on a visit from Canada and were very much looking forward to having ice cream at ColdStone. We just came back from that branch in Silverback spring with a very bad experience wasting our money,

At first, our family (myself, my wife and three kids) once we entered there was a very bad smell in the branch.

No one greeted us.

We waited long knowing no one was in line and there were 4 staff inside each doing something: in fact one of them was at the cash area just looking.

We had one person serve us and he was slow,

My son ordered a flavor that was not in store and instead of waiting to check with him on the alternative, the staff just said we ran out of that flavor and walked away, He came back after sometime and we resumed the order. One staff was serving all of us and slowly. The other staff came and took the other customer given that we waited for long before the new customer walked in and was served quickly. They should have helped each other serve us quickly. It was already late when the staff (who was doing nothing and staring from the cash area) came and started to help.

The quality of ice cream was not up to standard at all and melted fast.

After we finished ordering, we paid and waited for the a different staff to pack one last order for take out. She literally gave us the “Ice Cream to Go” by hand and was sticky with ice cream on the outside edges of the closed cup. She didn’t even bother to put it in a bag and when we asked for a bag, my hands were busy eating my own ice cream and was hardly trying to put it in the bag. The staff did not even offer to help. I told that staff that we will never be coming back and it was the worst experience ever for us. She didn’t even care and imagine she asked if we paid which we already did earlier.

This location lacks the concept of customer service. I made an order for the peanut perfection but before I got a notice that it was confirmed, they had already made the ice cream. I called to make an change due to being sensitive to their chocolate ice cream but response I received from Priscilla and Hilda (Manager) was that the creation has Reese's peanut butter cup, like I didn’t know this fact already. Last time I checked I have the allergies and sensitivity. Also, after asking can switch due to the fact that you made the ice cream first before even confirming that it was accepted. I thought that it was closed because states that it closes at 8PM but when I got the email that it was confirmed, I called immediately to make the change but according to them, they have already made it and I would need to order it again to trash the other. The description of the ingredients in the ice cream cupcake on the company's website, Door Dash, and Uber Eats for the Ice Cream Cupcake Variety 6 Pack ingredients is very misleading. When I ordered these ice cream cupcakes there was a description under the lid of the package which described all of the ingredients on each cupcake: High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated vegetable oil were the leading culprits along with every type of sugar, corn syrup, and artificial flavors. I expected sugar from Real ice cream but not the other fake ingredients. It would have been nice if they put the description of the cupcakes on their website as they put it underneath the package on the lid of the cupcakes so that I was allowed the option to see what the ingredients were in the food BEFORE my purchase from the store. There's whipped cream on top of the ice cream cupcakes so that may account for artificial ingredients.
