WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today is the first time I ate here and I must say I am blown away from the entire experience!! I placed a carryout order. The person that answered the phone was very pleasant and very nice answered all of my questions and helped me with my order. My food was HOT and ready as promised, the amount of food WOW and for the price WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The food was absolutely delicious I ordered the big breakfast and a side of French toast I am picky about my hotcakes and French toast and both were the best I have had from anywhere in a very long long time. The eggs were sunny side up and done to perfection!! the sausage and bacon were amazing and the home fries one were actually cooked and the onions as well I hate when onions aren't cooked in the home fries. And the toast perfect and still warm. I didn't have to ask for condiments which is a first in today's world and they actually gave me enough for the meal; go figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which is priceless today anyone that eats out knows what I am talking about. To have hotcakes and French toast and no butter or syrup is a regular occurrence not at Cookie's I didn't have to want or ask for a thing!!!!!!!!!! Plenty of butter, syrup, jelly, ketchup, salt, pepper, and utensils, and napkins. Hot delicious fresh food exactly what I ordered at beyond reasonable prices and the portions out of this world. I will definitely return and this has just replaced a lot of other local places I went to. I can't wait to try other items on the menu when I went to pick up my food they had a big pot of spaghetti sauce on the stove cooking that...

I recently moved up here, Cookies has easily become one of my favorite places to come every Sunday with good food, very nice staff and a atmosphere that reminds me of the southern dinners I grew up going to it made me feel at home but Sunday my boyfriend and I decided to sit at the bar, BIG MISTAKE! The cooks touching all the cooking equipment and than touching ALL the food. We just asked for our food to go and even paid, but what we saw next we just got up and left without the food ( which we were not going to eat after what we saw) . The women behind the counter that was touching the bread with her bare hands dropped some home fries on the counter and proceeded to pick up the dropped food and put it back in my to go box, then make a breakfast sandwich and proceeds to press down the sandwich, with her bare hands before putting it on a plate to be served to a guest. That’s just a few things we saw that made my stomach turn, as someone who use to work in the food industry it blows my mind. Great place to eat brkfast, lunch, dinner.; it's all good! The food is delicious, w/ an excellent choice menu. The food portions are perfect. Their prices are good. The staff is always very helpful & friendly.. as well as the customers too! I have a great time eating here & the decor is so cool 😎 I love whom ever designed Cookie's. Also they're very clean & leave plenty of space for people/groups to eat & feel safe . I could go on & on about how great Cookie's is but I'll leave you w/ this- if u haven't been here---Try it out at least once, because they don't make places like this anymore, if they ever did. P. S.
