Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give zero stars…I would. Today, Friday the 11th of 2025 we placed an order and after one hour and a half of waiting — the food never arrived. I called and called the store and they never helped (calls are recorded so I’m sure corporate can figure that out). I had to literally drive to the store and was confronted by teens (with no customer service skills whatsoever — like literally zero) who blatantly told me “what did I want them to do” lol this store and company is a complete joke. I asked them to remake the order for me and what the guy said is he will just cancel my order. They added insult to injury. What I understood from my conversation with them is that they sent 15, yes 15!!!!, orders with one driver at the same time. I told them that they should have just shut down the app and not take any orders and all they could do is smirk. They couldn’t care less!!! Have been a customer for many, MANY, years and will literally delete their app right now. Never buying again. Definitely don’t recommend. What a complete, total, and utter disappointment...

By far the worst Dominos around this area, please save yourself a trip. If you do decide to order at this dominos and you see Paul making your order cancel that order! He is by far the worst! The first time I ordered my pizza was over cooked and sloppy. The second time I order which was today, he gave me the wrong sandwich! My sandwich had pork on it! I do not eat pork so unfortunately for me, I am now sick. I specifically ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. It even says it on the box how can you put the wrong sandwich in the wrong box? Pay attention this is vital to your customers health! I attempted to contact them to give them the opportunity to make amends but I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for up to 15 minutes this is crazy! It’s not even lunch time! DOMINO #4648. I intend to benefit Dominos n customers. Dominos in the past is the best pizza in my town, the pizza crust, the bread, the topping are all good. Seemed in the last few years did change. Corn milks crumble sprinkle on bread is news n no good, drop everywhere n sticky oily when pickup. No standard measure scoops of topping to help workers. The toppings are different each every time. When ordered extra topping paid extra more, but got less n less, n no tomato sauce on pizza. Dominos have new workers n keep same price; but cut off food. Instead order online $6.99 medium pizza let it be $7.99 - $8.99 --- every1 knows price up everywhere to meet hi-labor wages. Hope this review will help...
