Update: 2/04/24 If it weren't for my son loving domino's and having a difficult time getting to him eat anything I wouldn't even bother ordering from here anymore. As I stood watching them fix orders, the woman putting together side dishes was adding any fixings without wearing gloves and I didn't see her wash her hands once in 20mins I stood there. Gross. My family and I were loyal customers of Dominos until my must recent order. Our $30 order, that I paid for in advance, took over 2 hours to be delivered. After the first hour I started trying to contact customer service but keep getting put in hold so I drove up there to pick it up, since the app was not showing it had left that location yet, just to be rudely dismissed and told "it's on the way". Waited another hour, tried calling customer service again but once I told him who I was he asked be to hold, hung up on me and then kept hanging up every time I tried calling back. I tried calling the main office at the 800 number but they were closed, tried calling different locations (the 2 closest to me) to figure out how to handle and get a refund but they apologized profusely and told me I HAD to deal with the location I ordered from. So the pizza and sides were delivered, cold, and there was no one to talk too. I emailed customer service but never received a call back. I ordered from there atleast every other week, spending anywhere from $50-$100 a month (at least) for YEARS. This is the first time we have ordered since that experience, and the only reason I am trying again is bc my boys love their pizza. Aside from that horrible one time experience, we loved dominos. I hate this dominos it’s close to home but i would rather drive the extra 10 mins to go to the one in Essex.. this location has the most unprofessional and ignorant people working in it. The young lady that worked there tonight said my pizza was gross cause i have it eat it without sauce due to a medical issue i have. The manager was ignorant and insisted i was lying to him about having hair in my food. Told me it was me and it wasn’t anyone in his location cause no one has hair. i told him i needed to be composited for me having to return to the store and for not being able to eat the rest of my pizza. He told me since my kids are the other slices he couldn’t do anything cause the pizza was gone. I understand yes they ate 5 slices but the slice i got is what had the hair in it. So anyway i won’t return and i normally spend 50 dollars every time i visit any dominos. But this location lost service for good i don’t even know how this store still has service. This location has been a problem for the last year, and it’s filthy and as i explained no customer service and unprofessional. All the employees talk about the customers with customers standing in the lobby.. talking about the food that customers order and such. I could go on i needed to get this out there.. WORSE...
Read moreThis location never seems to have more than 1 delivery driver working on any night even on their busiest nights. Every delivery takes well over an hour despite the email order confirmation stating that it will take either 21-30 minutes or 31-40 minutes. The store almost never answers the phone in the evenings and if they do It consistently takes a minimum of 10 minutes on hold to get anyone in the store on the phone. The manager is extremely unaware, unprofessional, and illequipt to manage a store of any business/volume. He responds to any delivery issue with "well we only have 1 driver working so theres nothing that we can do". I'm fairly certain that he has no idea how to properly write a schedule or hire. Phone etiquette and operations management aside he gives the impression that he genuinely does not care about you or your issue when you call him. He automatically resorts to giving a 10% discount and refuses to do anything more than that to make up for the issues that they caused. I'm not sure that he realizes that a 10% discount on a $20 order is only $2. The delivery fee is more then that.
