Ordered three pizzas, arrived early and glad I did. Store gave one of my pizzas to the gentleman in front of me who diligently took it to the count next to me opened it, looked inside and discover it wasn’t what he ordered. Returning it to the counter they sent him on his way with the correct pizza but shelved the one he gave back under my other two. When I was call up next I told them I would take the two that hadn’t been opened but pushed back the one that was returned and told them why. They seemed puzzled and confused. They checked my name and my order and return the same pizza to me. I explained further that I saw them get it returned from the guest before me that had opened it and asked how could they serve it to me after it had been given away, opened and returned? They just stared blankly like there was nothing wrong with that. Finally they said they would remake if but then I thought since they don’t see a problem with their actions I’d be better off with a refund. After they took their time with it, they refunded that pie and I left with the other two. Who knows what else there do there when they are not caught and confronted? Covid or not Covid-concerned, it’s certainly not DOH protocol to serve food contaminated by a third person’s inspection. Not coming back anytime soon! ...
Read moreI guess some things don't change. It has been a while since I have ordered from this Domino's. I thought that time would have made it better, boy was I wrong. I ordered using the 2 or more items at $5.99 each 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. Happily when I arrived the order was ready. I will say the young lady who helped me was courteous. Once we got ready to eat the food, we found that the pizza was over done the thin crust pizza my son had was way too crispy and my pizza the spinach was a bit chard. We could get passed that but, the worst of it all was the wings we ordered were NOT fully cooked. You gave us semi-raw chicken with sauce drizzled on it...not even tossed in the sauce just squeezed on it like mayo on a sandwich. So, potential food poisoning as well as definite misreprentation of the product as it definitely didn't look like the picture. I did call and a polite young lady claiming to be the manager apologized once I expressed my dissatisfaction and gave me a credit for my next visit, but there won't be a next time the thought that this kind of careless in cooking and serving to customers is enough for me. Thanks but no thanks Domino's Lanham-Severn...
Read moreHorrible service! I would leave 0 stars if I could! The driver forgot my dipping sauce, and then tried to debate with me whether or not I had any included in my order (I did). After that, I realize 1 of my pizzas and my cheesy bread is burnt. The cheesy bread was actually burnt onto a sheet of paper (maybe parchment) and I couldn’t even separate the food from it. (In the photos, I am holding the paper, and it is just hanging onto it. Gross!) I called and spoke to the manager, who only gave me 2 options: (1) wait for it to be re-made and re-delivered or (2) return the whole order and get a full refund. I needed to feed a hungry toddler, so I tried to compromise and see if I could keep the 1 un-burnt pizza, and just be refunded for the rest (I was still willing to return the 2 burnt items to the delivery driver). The manager refused. It’s insane that they screwed up, but in order to fix their mistake, I (the customer) have no choice but to be inconvenienced? Thanks but no thanks, Dominos. I will take my business elsewhere, where they take more pride in their work (by not sending burnt pizzas to customers), and where I actually feel valued...
