I arrived at the store to pick up a web order my daughter placed. I didn't know it was curbside, so I walked in. I was told it came through 15 minutes after she placed it, so I waited. I was told it would be a few minutes. I told them I didn't order. I am just picking up the order. The person said to me 15 minutes. I looked around, and it didn't seem as clean as possible. I can be dramatic. I walked near the windows and looked out the window. I didn't want to see the food be made. None of the people were wearing gloves.
I can be dramatic when the cooks aren't wearing gloves, so I decided not to watch. I turned around when I thought the food was done. The entire area was clear, with no staff except the one grabbing the food from the oven. He was sticking his hand in his ear, fixing his earbuds. I waited to see if he would wash his hands, but he didn't, so I asked if he could, and he did.
The other cook came around from the back with his cell phone playing on his phone. He heard me, so the last item was retrieved from the oven. The one cutting the pizza asked if it was mine, and the one playing with his phone said that. That's her order.
I haven't been here in a long time, and I've never been to this location, so I thought the order was mine.
I was already disappointed, so I didn't check. I believed him, so I drove off and got 2 miles away, and my daughter called and told me that her order was ready. It wasn't her order, so I drove back, and they all stood out front like they knew I was coming back.
I gave them the wrong order, and they handed me the right order. I will never go there again. They need to clean the place and take more sanitary precautions.
The cooks both were freely using their cell phones. Walking from their station, touching everything everywhere, including their bodies, and cooking people food. Maybe I am being dramatic, but I worked as a manager and took the ServSafe training too many times, so food safety and handling are essential to me. I notice too many red flags. I don't recommend anyone to go there until those items...

Pizza showed up, no real receipt, so I signed the little ticket. Driver left, I opened the box to what looked like sloppy pizza, that had fallen and attempted to be restructured. it looked like my dog should eat it. I could not eat it, as I had no idea what the pizza had been through, with touching, filth that may be in it and germs from the driver's hands from trying to put the pizza back together. I had to get into my car and drive up there to return the pizza and get a refund. and the customer service over there needs to be evaluated. There was no sense of apology, it was just oh, I'm sorry. Not that it won't happen again or what can we do to fix the problem, it was just sorry. You guys...
Read moreTerrible driver. She told the store (and me) that she was at my door, knocked and rang bell. I was at my computer, next to that door, nothing happened. No other similarly named street in this location, so not likely she was mistaking - she just lied to me the customer, and her store dispatcher. Just now, she arrives, and tells me she rang the bell...she had not, as again, sitting right here. Plus, she did not have my order in her hands. Just her trying to tell me she had been here...but apparently now not to deliver pizza. Kudos and shout-out to the guy at the store - he tried to call her, and eventually put in a second order at 50% off. Still do not have that as I write this, but wow....who is Dominoe's hiring...
