First off let me say my fiancee and I drive over the road in a big truck and are unable to just go somewhere and pick up food. So I placed my order at around 10:45pm and even gave the girl my credit card # and was told my order would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. After an hour I called to find out how much longer and was informed by the assistant manager that the girl who took my order never submitted it into the system so it was never completed or made. And they were now closed and all drivers had gone home. When I explained to him our situation and that we had no way to go get anything to eat, this young man went above and beyond offered to stop on his way home (he passes right past our hotel) and brought us some McDonald's which he offered to pay for out of his own pocket. I was very grateful and accepted his offer but wouldn't allow him to pay for it. And of course I gave him a tip. That man needs to be recognized for his AMAZING customer service. I just wish I could remember his name. Thank you again so much....
Read moreTonight we watched our order/delivery driver sit at Wawa parking lot till he had 2 mins to be here...this is what we received as a Philly Cheese Steak Loaded Tots! It literally looks like he chilled and ate half my husband's dinner! When he got here my husband asked him why it took so long...dude said he had another delivery?!? My husband was like How can you be driving when I watched you leave your store and pull in to another store and sat!!! On the 2 minutes mark you (driver/car) all the sudden started moving, and my stuff is cold I can feel no heat at all! The look on dudes face was priceless 👌 🤣 because he was busted! Good to know that the GM Kevin cares so much for his customer and their service, beings he didn't have time to take the compliant seriously, and sent his staff back to the phone to basically say oh well sorry for what happened, you want new food?!? Why would I want new food so the same driver can get the other half???? Come on businesses do better...
Read morePreviously, I had a good experience with ordering here, This is my third time ordering delivery, and I waited 3 hours before calling a second time asking for an update on my delivery. I was told my delivery appeared to already be delivered. I had been waiting close to the door, so i knew that wasn't true. It took them a while to realize that apparently, due to the locations, they had deleted my order without calling me or letting me know. Even though they have been delivering to my house over the past several months, they are now unable to deliver to my house. The only redeeming part here was the night managers who kept calm even when I didn't. It would have been nice to get some kind of heads up that my order was canceled a few hours ago.
