I would give no stars if I could. I went in when I recieved my replacement S8 in the mail when the microphone broke on the one I just bought 2 weeks ago. A girl at your store told me to bring it in to have everything transferred to the new phone when it arrived and help get me set up again. When I went in today there were no customers currently in the store. When I told them why I was there, I was told that they couldnt help me today because it was IPhone day and they are only helping customers buying the new iPhone. I said that no one was in the store and I need help and they said that they were "expecting" people and couldn't help me!! I have been a customer of ATT for 16 years. No matter what their sales goals are for the day, I am a paying ATT customer and expect service!!! Appalling and rude employees there!! If it werent for the STELLAR staff at the Elkton location today I would have canceled my ATT service and wasted your employees time like they wasted mine today with their rudeness and forcing me to seek help at another location. Read moreThis store is the absolute worst place of business I have ever delt with in my entire life! They are never able to help you or assist you in anything because no one there ever knows how to do anything, no one is ever able to get into the safe to provide anything you're trying to provide, or the only person working has absolutely no idea how to do anything because she's new and no one that knows how to do anything has taught her. Thanks to this the last 5 times I have gone in to this store I had to go to another store that didn't have the phone available that I was ordering for my mom she is now not receiving it until after Christmas when this store had it available and just couldn't open a safe!!

Read moreI’ve never been to a store that goes to great lengths to solve problems, make the customer happy or even share knowledge to prevent future incidences. While this problem is still occurring, with AT&T fraud I have the utmost respect and confidence in Alex to further help assist, and look into the matter. Even when there’s multiple customers he was able to handle helping everyone even when by himself. When this complicated matter is finally resolved I will update this review.
