TL;DR: I ordered a large latte with sugar + syrups, and was basically given a medium latte in a large cup with light sugar and light flavor syrup - plus some attitude I didn’t order.
Whole scenario: I went through the drive thru and ordered a large latte with two sugarless flavor syrups and asked to add sugar. At the window, I was handed a coffee that felt too light for a large. I tasted it, and there was only a little syrup (only noticeable, but not really present as normal) and lightly sweet with the coffee stronger than usual. I asked for more sugar and the girl at the window reached for my cup. She then turned to me and said that I needed to ask for sugar because it doesn’t come with it (??? I thought she was the one that took the order, too), but then the woman making coffee behind her said it already had sugar, to which I had to repeat my request for a bit more. She may as well have put it in her other hand for a minute and handed it back - I drove off when it was handed back to me because there was a morning line. I tasted it, nothing had changed.
In my only two minute drive home, I already had to microwave it because it wasn’t properly hot when it was handed to me and just cooled a bit more through all this. I only had a few tasting sips, so I was astonished when I opened the lid to see how low it was… and that’s before the second shock of me removing the lid excess foam (you can definitely see the difference in the included photos; my finger is indicating how high my coffee ended up being) and adding sugar. When I order a large, it’s because I want a large cup’s worth of coffee, not a medium with an excess load of foam and space.
This is such a simple latte to make and so far, every Dunkin I’ve been two while I’ve been traveling the last two weeks has gotten it right with no problem except this Dunkin and the next one...
Read moreI recently moved and started coming to this DD bc it’s closer. Huge mistake, I will now drive out of my way instead of coming back here. It’s always something, either they are out of something or make the drinks wrong. Just about everyday my husbands hot coffee is filled with coffee grounds, I myself drink frozen coffees and at least once a week they seem to be out of something to make them. This past Sunday I had to return my drink that my father grabbed for me bc it was overloaded with chocolate and was just unbearable. The older lady who works the drive through most of the time has horrible customer service. I’ve actually had to put my car into park and step out of it just to reach my drink and food bc I’m guessing it was too cold for her and she would barely stick her hands out the window. This morning my daughter asked me to stop and grab her a coffee and a donut from her gift card, after being in the drive thru what seemed like to be an hour I was turned away bc they said her gift card was invalid. Yes I could have paid cash but I knew exactly how much my daughter had on her card, it was enough to cover the order plus a few more. As she would stick the card in to swipe it, the machine would start beeping. It did this like 6 times, and it was as soon as she started to swipe that it would beep. Her and one other employee wouldn’t even take the time to punch in the numbers on the card. So I drove off and just left the order there. Drove to another DD down the road and guess what? Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts is absolutely the worst location around. They are always out of stock, staff is rude / unprofessional, and they don’t care about their customers. I placed a Mobile Order for Walk In and waited over 10 mins for just an Iced Coffee. I attempted to get an employees attention because majority of them were standing around doing absolutely nothing and every single one of them ignored me. I said “excuse me” three times and not a single employee, who may I note noticed I had been standing there, took the time to approach me. Eventually, another customer walked over and immediately was asked if they needed anything, an employee assisted them right away, and then when I tried to speak up and mention I have been waiting 10 mins, the employee turned their back on me. Eventually, that same employee approached me and said “Can I help you with something?” like I haven’t been standing here for 10 mins. I told them I had placed a Mobile Order and my name and they walked away without saying a word. My coffee hasn’t even been made yet at this point, because they were out of Oatmilk. Although, no one bothered to acknowledge my order until I asked. If i wouldn’t of said anything I have no idea how long I could of had to wait right? I ended up walking out without my coffee order.
