I order at least 4 large coffees from this dunkin on reisterstown rd in 21136 zip to be delivered twice a week and have been for at least 6 months now. I had not been in-person there for at least a year. The last time I went, the male with a long black ponytail whose height is about 5 ft 8, shorted me on my change back after I paid. The same male was there last night, 6/27/23 at shortly after 9 P.M., when I went in-person to pick up an online order that included 6 large coffees. He stood behind the counter parallel to the entrance door and did not greet me as I walked past him and over to the pickup area. He walked over to where I was and made a condescending comment related to me picking up the amount of coffee that I purchased, while he stood with his armed crossed. When I reminded him that I purchased it as a customer and I asked him for a large bag, he let me know that he did not think that I needed it and continued to mock my choice to pick up such a somewhat large amount of coffee. He did not greet me, did not offer to bag it for me, did not offer to help in any way, did not thank me for the purchase, did not bid me farewell, did not offer a receipt, and did not mark the coffees with a tag of the ingredients and time prepared. He reminded me of a little boy in pre-school that needs a hug. For someone who I remember having to walk to and from work last year, he sure does not seem to want anything more out of life. He instead has chosen to make the least out of opportunities for growth, if not for himself, for the business that has several other Dunkin' locations in less than a 5...

I just moved to the area and I have been going there every day for about 2weeks only because it’s very close to me and I enjoy dunkins coffee. Every time I go thru the drive-thru I say hello good morning how are you and have a good day. He says nothing, he snatches my card inserts my chip several times than swipe it hands it back to me and still doesn’t say anything. He hands me my food while and stairs at the register without acknowledging me as a customer. It’s very rude and not welcoming I even called the store to mention it to a manager or supervisor but of course the phone just rings and rings. Read moreI am not one to complain about any service I may receive because I understand the stress that they can endure, but this location has gotten worse, therefore I had to write a review. Today I go in to get the exact drink that I received last night and it was different so I asked them to remake it and it seems as though it was a problem and the drive-thru cashier and the person that made the drink wrong Give me attitude like I was the one that made a mistake. They should have paid attention to what I was ordering all it was black coffee with foam on top but the person put cream in it. This is not the first time I ran into an issue at this location and stop coming here for a couple of months. I would have thought they would have gotten their staff together especially because of the Starbuck that open less than a mile away but I guess not. This will be my last time at this...
