Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to on this one. I tried this Dunkin before heading into work. I arrived at 8:56AM, and ordered hash browns, a wake up wrap, and a large iced latte. I got the food right away, but the drink I did not. People that ordered after me got their drinks. I saw someone who was there way before me still did not get theirs, too. I watched him walk up and ask for his drink, that he had been waiting. They still made him wait! It took another 8 minutes..he got his drink finally and left. It was the. 9:10, I was confused about my drink, I realized my order number was not even on the screen. I asked them about my drink and she said she was going to make it now. It still took so long! She finally handed me a drink that looked like all milk, no espresso! She said that latte machine was down and that’s why it took so long, but I was confused because other people were getting their drinks. It was the. 9:22….and my drink had no coffee in it. Not sure if it was an off day, but I was late to work, and my coworkers informed me how bad that location is in the mornings. Idk, was just a really bad and weird...

I wanted this to be my favorite location as it is so conveniently placed but this place is meh.

It looks understaffed, and the service is lacking...there is usually only 1-2 employees and they always look bored and emotionless, like a drone.

Last week I ordered the new hash brown bowl with melty cheese and took a bite while still in the store...the melty cheese was ice cold. I asked about this and was told by both employees "that's how it comes". They indicated they had no way to heat up the cheese. I find this impossible to believe because what franchise would launch a new savory breakfast bowl to be served with cold cheese? And they have a microwave. Its one thing to do an avocado toast with prepackaged smashed avocado right out of the fridge... its another to dump cold cheese on hot hash browns.

I may still visit this location periodically as a last resort for coffee, but they should really do better in this prime niche location if they want...

People are always nice etc but they are never open when they suppose to be...they don't wanna hire new employees, they suppose to be open til 8 during week and 5 on weekends they close 3pm during the week and 1-2pm on weekends, how do they expect to make any $ if they are never open? Like I asked on the 24th of they would be open on Dec 26th day after Xmas, they said yes but NO THEY NEVER opened when I ordered 15$ worth of coffee etc ad order went through I showed up 630 am and no one is there and its frustrating cause I don't have money like that to go to a million other locations to buy a coffee when that location is suppose to be open ON time and my order goes in online and they decide to take another daff and not have least 1 employee there But other than that they would get a 5 star if they were there half...
