So this morning, I sent my husband to get me two a croissants. They gave him one croissant wrapped up and the second one it wasn’t wrapped in anything so he mentioned it to them. There was a Hispanic lady laughing. I guess she was the one making sandwiches so he said he wanted them remade she proceeded to put the sandwich flat out on the counter. The health department needs to be called on these people. They are ridiculous and completely evil. I’m never going back there. I’m never sending him back there every time we go there, there’s a problem the last time the girl forgot to give him my vanilla roll of coffee and didn’t see me sitting in the car so when she said that he didn’t order it, I had to specifically Tell her that he did because I’m the one that told him too when I was sitting right here and then she made it with an attitude the whole entire facility needs To be shut down, I’ve never seen people serving food so ignorant in my life and I hope each and every one of them gets fired and I think I might actually call the health department and she thought something was funny and see who’s laughing then this is the one in Essex next to the Burger King these people are extremely racist on top of everything because it’s funny when I go with him there’s no problem but when he goes since he’s a black man, there’s always a problem so now I’m gonna make it a bigger problem and go out of my way and make sure the health department knows that they like to put sandwiches on the counter when they re-wrapped them at the drive these people are disgusting do yourself a favor and just don’t because they might spit in your food if...

I customized my medium iced coffee with 3 shots of caramel and cold foam. I’m handed a black iced coffee I said this was supposed to be caramel not black, bald fat hostile dude said “look at receipt” so I said I’ll be inside in a minute. Instead of offering to make the drink as I wanted it, I asked for a refund. He said “I no refund.” “You go online.” I left all the food on the counter and he said “get out!”
Dunkin emails me saying they want all my credit card information. In an email. Absolutely not. The only other option is they put 500 points on my account which is crazy when I check their rewards system, that would only cover the drink.
They will just let anyone open these franchises and run them. Dunkin couldn’t care less how they are being represented and satisfactory customer service. The whole experience sucked. I will stick with Starbucks and THB.

Read moreOnly giving one star because there is no option for less. My daughter was JUST at this location about 15 minutes ago and was treated terribly by the woman in the drive thru. The woman rushed my daughter through her order, as if it was an inconvenience for her to spend her money there. The order was also incorrect, no change or receipt was given. When my daughter complained, the woman ARGUED with her and claimed she had given change. When in all actuality, the woman slammed the drive thru door after thrusting everything into my daughter’s hands. My daughter called and spoke with the manager on duty who apologized and stated he would speak to her. But what good does that do? And the worst part is, she only went to this location because the location closer to her on Eastern Blvd has horrible service. I can understand having a bad day.
