On Thursday 3/6 . We usually go to the location in Pasadena, but they were closed. So we drove to Severna Park. We walked in it seemed busy which is good, means the food should be great! Right?… After ordering, we asked about the Pasadena location. They aren’t affiliated. However his comment about how dirty they were, took us back. As that’s our Go-To Burger spot. So my husband and I looked at each other a little confused and we went about getting our drinks. The fountain stations were dirty, I made a comment to my husband “the Pasadena locations fountain stations are clean”. We look over to the back area to sit. We can’t. Because the tables are a mess there’s trash and crumbs of food everywhere, we go up front and sit down had to wipe that table off. I made a comment again to my husband “Pasadena’s tables are never dirty” we got our food which didn’t take too long for how busy they were. They gave us more fries than we usually get but they were under cooked . You should know by now what I said. But to be clear “Pasadena’s location there fries are always perfect” my burger was missing the Grilled onions I asked for and I double checked the receipt to be sure. “Pasadenas location has never messed up our order , ever! And we have been going there for years” the burger was falling apart . I’m done saying it ... What I will say , is never put down another location especially when yours is nowhere near close to being as good and clean as Pasadenas location. You guys may want to look into...
Read moreI had just finished a 12 hour shift from work. I was tired, exhausted and so hungry because I had very few opportunities to eat during the day and hadn’t actually had a meal yet. Beyond that my husband decided to wait for me to eat dinner because he knows I work by Five Guys and figured I could pick it up on the way home. Well work went longer than I planned and I looked at my clock and it was 9:50 PM, Five Guys closes in 10 minutes. I got in my car, drove over there, and walked in the doors at 9:55 PM. I know, I was that customer. You know the one that shows up right before you’re supposed to close and asked for help. I have experienced them before and I felt terrible that I was the one showing up right before they closed. I walked up to the cash register and asked him if it was possible for me to still order food, and they smiled and said absolutely. They acted like it was no problem. They treated me as if I had shown up in the middle of the day to order food. They made us food. It was absolutely delicious but more importantly, they made my night by being so kind and showing such great customer service and taking care of me and my long day. I appreciate their willingness to make me dinner late at night, right before they closed without a complaint and with a smile on their faces, making the feel welcome in their business. This is by far my...
Read moreOh boy, where do I even start with Five Guys?! Let me tell you, this place is a serious threat to my waistline, but I just can't resist their delicious burgers!
I recently tried their double bacon cheeseburger and I have to say, it was a life-changing experience. Not only was the patty perfectly cooked and juicy, but I swear they must have put a whole farm's worth of bacon on there! I'm talking crispy, salty, melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
But that's not even the best part. Five Guys is all about customizing your burger to your heart's desire, and let me tell you, I went wild with the toppings. I added everything from grilled onions to jalapenos to A1 sauce to barbecue sauce to... well, you get the picture. Let's just say my burger was a towering masterpiece of deliciousness.
And the best part? They don't skimp on the toppings, so every bite was bursting with flavor. I may have needed a napkin or two (or five), but it was so worth it.
So if you're looking for a burger that will make your taste buds dance and your heart skip a beat (or two), head on over to Five Guys and don't be afraid to go crazy with the toppings. Trust me, your stomach will thank you (even if your...
