I love how friendly the service ALWAYS is! Even when making special requests on a busy night, they are so helpful and kind. One of my children has a dairy protein allergy. I called to ask if their dough contains dairy, and asked if they could make a hawaiin with no cheese. When picking up they were taking it out of the oven, and they made a point to tell me he even used a fresh pizza cutter to ensure there wasnt any cross contamination from the other pies. They went above and beyond and we will be ordering cheeseless pizzas from here in the future without worry! This was the first time I ordered here. I usually go to Italian Sensations but this place was closer to where I was coming from.

The order was on time, but when I picked it up and drove home they called and said the order was missing an item. They offered to deliver the item but changed their tune when they found out I lived 10 mins away. So I had to drive back and pick it up.

Small gestures go a long way and it would have been nice to get offered some extra food or something for making a mistake. But I guess I should have checked the order before leaving instead of placing faith in an establishment I have never been to before.

This place has really gone downhill. Pros-The employees are friendly. The restaurant area is always clean. The pizza, though not great, is okay. Cons- Their subs are dreadful. Very tiny subs. The cheesesteaks are particularly bad. You ever have a steak sub where they use meat that doesn't quite taste right? That's the meat Fortunato bros uses. The regular French fries are almost $4!! And, always taste slightly undercooked. If you get gravy or cheese fries, you'll be paying over 4. Portions are small. There never seems to be any customers in this place anymore and i can see why.
