Every time I get something From this specific Panera bread they mess up the order. The manager was cursing to himself as I entered the building about the long line that he failed to address until it was going well past the front door. I stood in line for this fat disgusting white lady to order all of the bagels right in front of me. Luckily there was one regular bagel left which is what I needed in order to settle my stomach. The girl proceeds to put my bagel into the toaster along with the blueberry bagel I was taking to my boyfriend. I smelled a burning smell and inquired if it was burning. No response. It starts smelling really bad. The girl who was toasting it was standing there the whole time and instead of pulling it out when it started to burn she continued to make fatty’s order of putting 5000 bagels in a bag. She then notices that half of my bagel was stuck in the toaster and burning up, so instead of giving me the option to take the burnt bagel she just throws it away, and then notices that there are no more left. They then acted like it was an inconvenience to them to give me my money back. I wasn’t about to stand in line again. The previous time I got food from this Panera it was slopped together, it was missing half the sandwich Ingredients and was barely recognizable as a sandwich. I love their bread, but every time I try this Panera I am reminded why I go years without eating here. Today they were very busy. There was a long line to order and also a long line waiting to receive meals. I totally understand that being that busy can be stressful for employees, but I don't think that excused the quality of food I received.
I received a text when my food was ready. And then I waited for 10 more minutes before someone finally came to ask for my name. Meanwhile there was a large pile of bags of completed orders piling up just behind the counter.
I ordered a pick2 with half a sandwich and half a salad. When I got home, the salad didn't have any dressing and the sandwich was almost entirely bread with a sad pile of chicken and a single onion in one corner. Basically that means I paid Panera prices for bread and a dry salad.
If you're local to the area, it just doesn't make sense to order from this Panera when there's another one less than...

While seated and waiting for my food, I noticed an insect crawling across the ceiling area above the dining space. I discreetly informed one of the staff members, an employee named Jen, in a calm and respectful manner, hoping the issue would be addressed promptly.
However, I was surprised by the response. Jen looked at the insect but did not acknowledge my concern or take any further action. There was no follow-up, explanation, or effort to reassure me as a guest.
I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. For your reference, I have attached a video of the insect in question.
