Do not eat here if you have ANY type of food allergy. The location managers do not care about doing anything preventing cross contamination or even basic food safety sanitation procedures. If the managers do not care, the employees will not care.

I ordered a butterscotch milkshake last night. Unfortunately for me, there was a large clump of peanut butter cups at the bottom of my cup and I drank it. I am deathly allergic to peanuts and proceeded to have a serious allergic reaction. Thankfully, I am ok now since I have gone into anaphylaxis before due to improper food handling procedures.

My mom stopped by to talk to the manager Karen to make sure the location knows and Karen told her that they "can't be expected to clean or sanitize the milkshake machine between orders or to do anything to prevent cross contamination" and that "people with allergies shouldn't even bother." This don't care attitude WILL get people killed.

It's also gross. If you haven't cleaned a machine that mixes milkshakes to the point that it's leaving behind large pieces of chopped up peanut butter cups which would be possibly visible, what else is not getting cleaned?! Do your self a favor, eat somewhere else with better food and whose employees and managers care to do the easiest...

If i could give 0 stars i would. Me and my wife just spent $30 here. My wife opens her burger after ive already taken a few bites if mine. She find a dead fly on her burger. So now of course we dont want to continue with the meal or the shakes. When asking for a refund, our receipt was “voided” and we are now being told we have to wait 3-5 business days for a possible refund. If refund doesnt come, we have to drive back to the store for our refund. We live an our away. I explained this to the lady and she said there is nothing more they can do. I asked for a manager. She stated she is the manager 😂.

She then proceeds to blame dead bugs in her food on it being summer time 🤦‍♂️ ive been in the food industry my entire life. You can save the excuses.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Theres no telling whats hiding in your food and you will not receive refund for dead bugs visibly...

So a thing occurred at Gino’s. An honest mistake no doubt. But oh let me tell Y’all about Emily!!! First off she listened to the situation then she kindly requested a photo-cool I thought! Then I called back to check if said photo was received. She not only confirmed it; She Resolved it!!! No hemming or hawing! Talk about Stellar Customer Service!!! There’s nothing like hometown folks!!! If you are seeking real food from real people….you may want to consider doing a drive by!!! Oh and the chicken 🍗 absolutely risking a fight for…after all you’re going to want to slap someone!!! And the milkshakes….honi dat chocolate 🍫 banana 🍌 will have you drooling 🤤 for more…don’t think 🤔 you will be able to make it home without eating their delicious 🤤 food!!
