when you call these people to report something wrong with your food be prepared to be called back and rude unprofessional with by a lady who laughs and basically tries to tell you what you ordered( more like what she could understand, as I had to repeat myself many times) I received a call back after I received a makeup sub and the sub that came still had incorrect or inedible ingredients ( shredded taco lettuce is not for an Italian SUB) and they called me to tell me they checked the sub I gave them back to get the new to say everything is correct on the sub the lady on the phone does not speak full English and tries to laugh off what I’m saying to see if she wrote down the write order because the sub isn’t correct. As I didn’t plan on calling them to let them know I just said forget about it and ate my side salad. But as I’m enjoying my side salad I receive a call with a lady getting smart with me about saying the order was correct and they checked the sub which they have to be on something if she can’t see the difference between a sub with everything on it compared to a sub with 3 ingredients on it including meat cheese and banana peppers. Subs is a no go for...
Read moreOk first when this was Maria's it was much better. Second I just have a question how do south americans know how to make Italian food?. Ok now my review. I had the spaghetti carbonara my wife the shrimp scampi and my daughter had the spaghetti with meatballs, mine was without flavor and the quote un quote bacon was nothing more then some type of thin sliced ham that was nasty. I would give this dish a 3 out of 10. My wife's shrimp scampi was loaded with grease and the so call fresh gulf shrimp were nothing more then frozen farm raised shrimp Vietnam. This dish my wife gave a -2 out of a 1 through 10. On to my daughters spaghetti and meat balls hers was the only actual highlight of this visit. The red sauce is very good and the dish was hot, she should have left the meatballs out they were dry and tasted freezer burnt, another great thing here was the garlic bread. So over I would give this a save your money and go somewhere else review. Oh and don't ask any questions about the restaurant or anything about the surrounding neighborhood because the girl who works there is just a complete bubble head, very nice just...

Got lasagna what they call the gross stuff I paid for the noodles weren't in layers they were wrapped around & laid on top of the meat sauce was sour like it was days old and that was gross! Worst lasagna Ive had anywhere.Their meatballs are gross as well too much fillers.Garlic bread didn't taste like garlic! Horrible! I also ordered a cheese steak sub! Don't order one! Mine the roll was burnt! And I ordered everything but lettuce but it was mostly hots! I noticed 1slice of tomato and it was a nasty end! I didn't even notice any cheese and barely any meat! Or fried onions ! It was a sad very thin sub roll to start! And not much meat could even fit on it but come on! Where's the beef? The best thing was the frozen fries they couldn't mess those up right! Smh! Sad place! Stay away if you really want something that you can eat! Paid over $30! Meatballs were extra! I'd rather went to McDonald's! But I didn't want to walk or pay for delivery & a tip as well! My car is in shop and Giuseppe's is on the corner! It's really...
