NO.1 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered pork fried rice, but the rice was old and hard. When I called the restaurant, they told me to bring the food back. Upon returning, the cashier insisted there was nothing wrong with the food. I tried to avoid an argument, but after showing my State of Maryland work ID badge, I was only refunded half of my money $9.50.

While inside, I also noticed flies flying around the restaurant, and I even witnessed a fly inside food being packed for another customer. This was extremely concerning and unsanitary.

Very rude, I placed a $45 order and when i got home my order was wrong. I ordered shrimp egg rolls and got pork. When I called and told Owner he basically just blew me off. I asked for a credit for the 4 egg rolls, $9 on my next order and was put on hold for 20 minutes just for him to come back and refuse to credit me the $9 on the next order. I ordered 10 Buffalo wings, and general tso chicken. What I received was 10 wings slathered in sweet and sour sauce, which in no way tastes like Buffalo sauce, and 'general sweet and sour sauce ' . How are you going to drown chicken in a neon red sweet and sour sauce (the same as on the wings) and try to call it general too chicken? This new owner is another clown like the old owner was.
