Prima Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered 2 large pizzas, a large fry, a side of cheese and an extra garlic sauce. I placed my order 35/40 mins in advance. When I arrive I'm standing there for about 4/5 mins with three people standing at the window, not one person greeted me. I had to say something to them about greeting their customers. I get home to a large styrofoam box with approximately 2 hand full of fries. I had to drive back to get another fry. AS I'm waiting for a better batch of fries I see one of their men(a short African guy) making two half of subs with one glove on his right hand and the left hand is bare. He picks up a hand full of toppings to apply to the sub with his left hand (the bare hand). I was in disgust. He catches me looking and continues as if it was acceptable.With the bare hand he then picks up a fourth of a head of lettuce. Places it on the cutting board uses the gloved hand to cut/chop and the bare hand to hold the lettuce in place. I get back home to my pizza being very dry. All the sauce was at the top of the crust. And the rest was just dough and cheese. This is the most disappointing experience I've ever had besides their terrible delivery. I will no longer order my food in advance I will stand there and watch them make my food. Me and my spouse order from here very often at least 3/4 times a month. And every time you go there it's always someone new that don't know what their doing or how to take your order correctly without giving you a very...

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I ordered two subs and a large pepperoni pizza and asked for it to be well done. I am pregnant and can’t eat undercooked dough. When the pizza got to me it was well undercooked I called and told them and they questioned me like I was lying then said they would send another one when that one got here it was the same way the only difference was the cheese was cooked more but the dough of the pizza was still undercooked. I called and explained everything to them and the first person i spoke to said he would send my money back because thats what i wanted i no longer wanted the pizza. i waited a hour no one came i called back and the person that answered this time said he cant give mw my money back because he had already made two pizzas but puke i said i could not eat either because they both were undercooked. He told me he only could send another kind of food but not my money at this point with me being pregnant and all i didn't want anything else from them but he said it was nothing else he could do because a refund was out the question so i just said send me wings then. So I love prima I order from here every week no fail, and the food is great, however lately they've messed up big time, they gave me the wrong sub once (completely different than what I ordered) and another time they gave me all the wrong toppings, a time after that they sent a driver out with no change (although we told them we only had big bills and to bring change) and the order was 19.99 and we only had a $50 and the driver says "i only have a twenty" so he got away with a $10 tip!!! now for the second time they forgot my cheesecake last time they swore up and down that they didn't charge for it (so how was a 15.99 deal $24?) And now they said we didn't even order it! So when my husband calls them and complains because the food took and hour and a half to get here and the food wasn't hot the woman is gonna be rude to MY HUSBAND so I called back and complained about her rudeness and thankfully the guy is sending out the cheesecake we ordered and a free one, but if y'all don't step your game up you are going to lose very reliable customers and I do believe the woman who worked at 10pm on Thursday 6/23/16 should be reprimanded for being rude to...
