Two Guys Grill & Pub — Restaurant in Maryland

It’s been a couple weeks but after taking to a friend who used to work there about our experience, i figured i should let everyone know how terrible this place is! Worst place ever! It was so dirty and unprofessional there. The bathrooms looked like they weren't cleaned for a week. We went to the bar and got a drink with, I believe his name was Chris who was great! Drink was amazing. The hostess was a sweet older lady. Our table was not wiped down yet set for us to eat at. When asked to get it wiped down the server had an attitude. Her name was ariel or something like that. I overheard her speaking to another table on how her family owns the restaurant. Well she sucked as a server with a poor attitude. Maybe since her family owns it, she thought she could treat anyone how they wanted. IDK. She smelt like cigarettes and just seemed irritated when needed. Example: after receiving our meal, we asked for a refill on our drinks, we started eating waiting on them still with nothing to drink we were looking around to remind her and she was nowhere to be found. After we ate our meal we finally saw her and asked about them and she seemed irritated with us for asking a second time but we were at this time done with our food with nothing to drink with our whole meal gone. She finally brought them with our check without even aaking us if we wanted dessert which was displayed at the front, so we just asked the hostess who kindly got it for us to go. So i was talking to a friend about it and she told me she used to work there. After telling her about our server she told me that her family didnt own it, she had a son with one of the owners son, who is currently in jail. She got fired after getting caught stealing from guest (changing the tip amount) stealing from co-workers ( when they would split big tables or parties, she would be in control of the tip and would lie about the amount made and would pocket cash tips or wouldnt show the correct amount she made and would keep most for herself, and take cash tips off the table). She was so rude to her co workers who were scared to say anything because they didn't want to loose their job because her son was the owners grandson and she made it known she couldn't get fired. She would drink while working and make everyone do her job and just be ignorant. She was using the bathroom every 5-10 minutes so she was constantly missing when they we’re busy and they would have to try and pick up her slack. She had a “stomach ache” almost every night to where she had to constantly be in the bathroom. She got called out on it after getting caught stealing money and admitted she had a drug and alcohol problem. They fired her. Not even 2 weeks later, after things started getting better and coworkers could finally enjoy working, they rehired her. She is still there 💁🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ so be carefully leaving credit...

The server was rude!!!! I came in to get my order that I placed over the phone. A Brunette hair waitress with a tattoo on her left arm came over and asked how could she help? I told her I placed an order and gave her my telephone number. Then I proceeded to give her my name because that’s usually how you confirm an order. When I noticed she was still looking… I confirmed my food items to make it easier for her because I noticed she came to help me while having a table . (Which I thought was really nice ) She rudely cut me off in the middle of my sentence and started to go back-and-forth with me slightly about how you check for the order , when I was only trying to tell her what I had to help her confirm. Saying they only go by name not number blah blah blah then check the items which is what I did when I told her my info . I was pleasant about it , UNTIL she began to get a sarcastic tone and show frustration in her face as if she was agitated that I gave her all of that information. I don’t appreciate it being as though it’s my first time here . The seafood egg rolls 6/10. Too much filling not enough crab meat would’ve paid more for more crabmeat instead of $18 dollars of filling . Mozzarella Patties were good . I won’t be coming back though . I went here with my friend yesterday and ordered steamed shrimps. I didn’t like the food and politely sent it back with the waitress, she came back and said we would need to speak with the manager which is a very very very rude old lady in a scooter, Diane. she rolled up aggressively and asked what’s the issue, we explained we didn’t like the order, and told her we order shrimps all the time from Mo’s and we know how they should taste. and it’s not to our liking, her exact words were “well maybe you should stay at Mo’s” she said I taste them and they’re fine, I tried to explain to her that just because she likes them doesn’t mean we do and she rolled her eyes and rolled and rolled away on her scooter.. we were there with other family and friends whom we met up with, so while still in the restaurant waiting for them, Diane, the rude manager, and owner, kept riding around telling her employees about us, rolling her eyes, when it was time for her to leave, she put her middle finger up at us, secretly by acting like she was rubbing her face. we asked another employee what was her name so we could report her, he said Diane, and “oh that’s my wife” I told him his wife was very rude, and I’m reporting her, he said “good luck, she owns five other successful restaurants” I don’t know how.
