A few weeks ago I came to buy lunch as I do daily. The subs are great Sharon I think that fix the cold cut very friendly , however the lady that take the money on the other side is very nasty .. she wasn't nice at the beginning when she was talking to me .. but I looked over top of it bec I had a meeting to attend as my 3 yr old son grab a bag of gummie . I asked the employee wanita how much are they it was almost four dollars With me knowing that the dollar store is around the corner I decided iam not getting them she ask me to put them back where they belong. I felt like she was being very nasty towards me bec she said it rude . So I walked away put them on the counter on the other side of the registers. Then I was walking to the left to pick up my food .as I was about to leave this employee or shenita was yelling at me asking me to not steal the gummiea and come back inside the store . At this point my face was so hot . I didn't want to look like the aggressive black women with a child yelling back in the store I was so embarrassed , humiliated omg I yelled are u serious?! I replied. A Caucasian man was just standing at the door holding it for me he said," iam so sorry I see u want to cry ". I am in my 50's and never been accuse of stealing before as wants continue to keep yelling asking me where are the gummies that I had in my hand I told her on the other side of the registers. This women then yell ask me why didn't I put them back . I said that's your job . I am so mad it was crazy . I went as far a calling corporate due to the rude behavior the young-lady had and when I spoke to management and the gentleman stated that he was aware of the problem and saw video of altercation and that the young lady grab a knife and try to approach me was complete ground for termination and she was still employed there blew my mind. It explained the many orders that I have ordered through the Grubhub app and why I had to return several items as a result of how my food was prepared and sloppy, this entire experience with this Subway was mind blowing and as a result I no longer purchase food at this particular chain.
