As an ex Bartender: This was the most horrid and sarcastic service you can receive. I would like to break this down…
When you go out you spend money. You pay for X Y Z plus tip. The host quoted us 5-10 min to wait. At 15 minutes, we saw a table open in the bar area an asked for it. Hostess said it’s good to go for us. Upon us approaching the table, some guy at the bar literally stole it from us, however, because they had a big party we compromised and sat at a smaller table. The big party table got a server right away. Then we waited…. after 15 minutes, a front of house manager came up to us in a very sarcastic and demeaning tone. He literally blamed us for not having service because we “sat” ourselves. No…our table was confiscated by other patrons. After explaining this to him, he continued to ensure (with the same sarcastic and now almost threatening tone) that we sat ourselves and affirmed we would not have a server for at least 25 minutes. We agreed on the issue and I told him that we would purchase everything from the bar, no problem. We got a lot of attitude for this, even though we compromised in everything.
At this point all we needed was to have the table that we had to sit at, because of the party, cleaned. This simply never happened. We waited another 10 minutes and then flagged down the manager again and asked him to clean the table again. We got lots of attitude from him. After a while, a lady came and she was visibly annoyed and didn’t even acknowledge. She wiped 1/10 of the table with lot of attitude and left. She left the table completely dirty. At this point, we just decided that we could not longer stay at this establishment. They clearly had no intentions to make anything right with us, so we left!
At the end of the day, you go out and spend your hard-earned money at establishments like this. When you get lots of attitude with bare minimum service, it’s not worth spending your money there. I don’t work to get attitude from someone that should be leading his employees to provide good service. I understand that it can be busy but there is no excuse to treat people like this.

Read moreI don't normally give bad reviews, typically I only review places that I find exceptional, but went to dinner here last night and I must say it was the worst dining experience I have ever had.
First was the wait, sure it was a Friday night, but we got there around 5:45 and weren't seated until 7:05 conveniently 5 minutes after happy hour ended (even though there we're plenty of open tables that just hadnt been bussed).
I have to give them some credit because we ordered garlic buffalo wings as an appetizer and they were very tasty, not the biggest wings, but still good for a sports bar.
Next- the pinnicle of this horrible experience-I ordered a prime steak cooked medium as an entree, with seasonal veggies and a side salad, and for the first time in my life I sent a dish back to the kitchen.
The steak was not only the worst quality cut of meat I have ever received for an entree, comparable to the steak served in the chow halls of Baghdad, but cooked well done and chewy. One bite and I lost my appetite.
I needed some fuel so I ate the salad and the seasonal veggies- which were on par with steamfresh veggies from safeway- just some tasteless steamed broccoli and carrots. The side salad consisted of iceberg lettuce with some onions and I guess three cheese blend or something, with two Roma tomatoes cut in half, very exciting. I ate it anyway because I was desperate for food and paid the price within an hour.
5 trips to the restroom at the coffee shop next door, and thats not an exaggeration.
If that isn't enough when it came time to pay the bill we split it two ways with cash and a card. The server took the payment and returned with the receipt, but we soon realized they pocketed the cash and charged the entire bill to the card, further adding insult to injury. It took another 20 minutes to clear this up, so an attempt at a quick bite to eat turned into a 2 debaccle.

Read moreThe first time I went the order came out wrong. My waitress fixed my order and offered to comp the incorrect order even if I kept it. The fixed order was perfect and every order since then has been perfect. I cannot stress enough that this place goes through hoops to make sure you're happy.
If the waitress recognizes me - you are a beautiful godsend. Thank you for putting up with me and my friend. You have the patience and grace of the ages.
Overall, I advise any readers here to please patronize this establishment. I am sure you're experience will be as stellar as mine.

To expound on what happened with my order the first time - the wings that were prepared were re-flavored. Let me explain.
I ordered 12 bone-in Glory wings. This is a heat level higher than mild but still lower than some of their other flavors. The first time I ordered I was sent wings which were previously BBQ but then slathered in Glory sauce. My assumption is that the cook did not want to redo the order and optioned to toss the wings in a sauce that was stronger.
I was able to pick out the smokey sweet behind the Glory sauce though and had them exchange the order.
Here is the edit - I went there this past Sunday and ordered wings with Mild sauce this time. This was a to go order. The wings arrived. I opened the container and could smell the mild buffalo so I went home thinking nothing of it.
I got through about 4 wings and then ate one which was clearly their honey old Bay flavor - just doused with mild buffalo.
It seems this Glory Days tends to reuse wings which have been previously ordered and returned, or they re flavor the excess wings. Either way - it is becoming apparent that this particular Glory Days does not make their wings to order - or at least, they're not fresh to order.
Hopefully they fix this kitchen issue as the service and staff have been nothing less...
