Update: I was contacted by the owner/manager in regards to my issues. They assured me that they would work with their staff to make sure this doesn't happen again. I appreciate that they have taken this issue seriously and have made changes. I also understand that a new business can have some issues in the beginning. We have not tried them again but will consider in the future.
I got take out on Friday for myself and my family. The bags had the number of the order on them. I ordered a gluten free sub for myself. We went by the numbers on the bag to figure out what order was mine. I ate some of it and thought that it was not the same cheesesteak i ordered. Then my son noticed his was wrong too. The one that was supposed to be gluten free ended up in the bag with the order number belonging to my son. This weekend, I have felt awful. Read moreAfter a bad experience when they first opened I figured I'd give them another try. And yet another bad experience! I placed a mobile order at 5:39 pm and they gave me a pick up time of 5:55pm. I get there at 6:05 and still not ready, no big deal. There was only two other customers in there and I decide to sit down and wait. I'm watching the guy making my subs, moving at a snails pace which again no big deal, maybe he was new. The problem that I had was when he touched his face several times! He was wearing gloves but whats the point when you are going to scratch your nose and rest of your face and go right back to handling food!!! So finally after placing my order at 539 and having a pick up time of 5:55 I finally walked out at 6:20 pm!! Read moreI have had the privilege of using Jersey Mike's for catering lunches I have provided on 5 different occasions. Only once, was the order inaccurate. The team member misread the order and did not prepare enough sandwiches. They apologized immediately and pulled two team members to rectify the situation timely and accurately. I was also assured that this situation would be reviewed in order to mitigate the risk of it happening again. I could not be any happier with that customer service. On the other 4 occasions, the orders were perfect, ready for pick-up and the clients I provided for were thrilled with the selection.
