I recently had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened Kabob and Karahi on Flower Hills Ave, Gaithersburg, and I must say, it’s a fantastic addition to the area. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful interior décor—modern yet warm and inviting. The facility was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The menu offers a wide variety of South Asian cuisine, and everything is made fresh to order. I was particularly impressed by their weekend specials, which include traditional dishes like Haleem, Paya, and Nihari. The Biryani, a rice delicacy renowned for its rich taste and aromatic flavors, was absolutely divine. UPDATE: I have had the food twice (tasted 4 dishes, 2 vegetarian, 2 of them the daily special) since the initial review. Food was excellent, plentiful and good value for the money. It would be a 5 star review, except for the many two portion\person dishes. While the aim is family style dining, is this the local clientele near Flower Hill? ORIGINAL REVIEW: Disappointed\ing without even the food. Went in and asked for the butter paneer special = one portion, not the standard two person dish) which is in the menu photographed under the Google maps menu button. Cashier said it was a mistake but he could do vege sides platter as no other vegeetarian special today Saturday). I asked could he do a one person butter paneer but was refused. I was surprised at the [short sighted] lack of flexibility, especially in a restaurant's first days. I cancelled the other meated dish and left.
