If I could give them no stars I would! I ordered food through the drive through, two chicken pot pies, a medium strawberry lemonade and a chicken little. When I got to the window, they swiped my card neglecting to let me know that they only had one chicken pot pie available. And then told me I HAD to wait 22 minuets for the next batch, never asked!!! I then told the “customer service” rep that I couldn’t wait 22 minuets, and that I was in a lyft (a ride sharing company). I then asked the young man why he proceeded to swipe my credit card, without letting me know that they didn’t have the food that I ordered, at the time he never apologized he just looked at me like “oh sh**” she’s right. The manager then yells, he never came over to the window to apologize or anything, that I can have a famous bowl instead of one the pot pies. I then told the CSR that I not only wanted my one pot pie but two of the famous bowls because I felt like I was treated unfairly. The manager then yells again that I can have two famous bowls and no pot pie. Those are my options! Just set the scene, the restaurant was not busy. No one was inside nor was anyone behind us in the drive-through. The manager then proceeds to come over to the window and started yelling at me. Telling me that I was wrong and that I can leave. I then instructed to Manager to give me my food so I could do just that, leave. When the Manager handed me the bag of food through the window only thing that was in the bag was one pie pie and one famous bowl there was no drink and there was no chicken little even though I ordered it when I initially ordered all of my food. When I asked him about those items he proceeded to yell at me again and told me I didn’t order them. I told him sir this is out of hand I need you to pull the voice recording from the drive-through. He told me he wasn’t and I then told him that I knew what I had ordered and for him to be the manager of this establishment he’s doing a piss poor job as a representation of this company. I also told him that for him to be a manager you don’t stand up and go back-and-forth with a customer no matter if you think I’m right or wrong. OUT OF LINE!!!! Who yells at their customers?!? I am CHOOSING to patronize your establishment, I am CHOOSING to spend my hard earned money at your establishment. I then told him that if his higher up standing right here he would not be talking to me like this. He then interrupted me in the middle of my statement and asked me which drink I basically to hush me up. Never did I receive my chicken little, never did I receive an apology, never did I even receive a “my bad”. So basically..... horrible customer service!!!! when I did eat my pot pie it was old and nasty. The staff is very under trained & the manager is completely out of line and unprofessional. Literally the WORST restaurant!! So if you’re looking for customer service plus good food?!??!...
Read moreOk, everyone knows that fried chicken is not good for you, but KFC really does have the best fried chicken, hands down. My husband thinks their coleslaw is the best.
That being said, this particular KFC is absolutely terrible.
As soon as we walked inside, we were told, loudly, that they were not selling any potpies; not because they were out of potpies, but in anticipation of the demand for the Super Bowl the next day. Then, they said that they would sell us a potpie, but if we wanted one, we would have to wait at least 20 minutes because all their potpies were frozen. I'm not sure how they knew we were going to order a potpie because all this was said before we had even started placing our order.
When we wanted to order 8 chicken strips, we were told that 8 chicken strips are ONLY available as a meal with sides. Personally, I think any item on a menu should be available a la carte, especially at a restaurant that has a drive thru. In any case, we did want sides, so that wasn't a problem.
The problem came when, after waiting long enough to have qualified for a piepot, they gave us 2 Chicken Littles instead of the 2 KFC Wraps we ordered. The Chicken Littles are smaller and less expensive than the KFC Wraps. But, instead of giving us extra Chicken Littles or refunding us the difference or ... I don't know, asking us what we'd like, they just gave us our incorrect order without saying anything; I assume they were hoping we didn't notice. Fortunately, we are the type of people who always check our takeout order before leaving, so we did notice. But, when we attempted to ask for the error to be corrected, the staff behind the counter ignored us. There was one staff member on her break who offered to make us extra Chicken Littles to compensate for the smaller size and extra expense, but the manager told her she was on her break and, therefore, not allowed to make any food or process any refunds. I do applaud the manager for not allowing a staff member to skip her break, especially because this staff member was a high school student. But, I do not appreciate the manager ignoring our request for a correction to our order, especially since we had already been waiting over 20 minutes for our food.
The next time I have a hankering for fried chicken, I'll go to a different KFC and I advise everyone else to...
Read moreI went to this location on Hammond Ferry Road at this KFC, and it was very dirty. They overcharged me twice $30.07 the night before so I went back the next day to get a reimbursement of my money. I talked with the assistant supervisor who told me I had to wait for the supervisor. I waited for 45 minutes while she sat in her car she came in. I told her that the problem was that before I could even get it out she told me I wasn’t waiting on her. She doesn’t run that store. She’s there temporarily which had nothing to do with me in my money. She proceeded to go over to assistance Supervisor, and started talking to her and ignored me so I went over there to listen and she said excuse me can I help you funny the attitude the atmosphere was definitely at a 0% it got to the point where I had to ask her can they refund my money back to my card instead of doing so she ignored me and told me to get out the store that she was gonna call the police. I told her I would wait for the police to arrive in which I did outside. The police pulled up. I told her the situation and that they charged me twice on my card and that's just trying to explain to this active supervisor what was going on and that she was very belligerent and nasty and I will never go there again. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to The restaurant is a zero for me. I was on the phone with my Bank not to mention when she was doing all that and my bank said we’re just gonna refund your money. The lady is nasty. I just cannot believe it then God there was a customer that overheard everything and she spoke well to the police outside.
