This rating is based on the service that we received and the service that I witnessed others receive during our visit. It's not based on the food, as the quality is pretty much consistent at most of the restaurants. Taco Bell food is what it is.
We placed an order through the app, which I consistently have problems with but I did so because there was an offering on it that wasn't available in the restaurant. Why? Who knows. The app wouldn't allow me to select inside pickup even though the dining room was open. When we arrived, I advised the first person that I saw that I was picking up inside instead. I was asked my name, he told me that he saw the order on the board, and I was told the other line preparers had the order.
Ten minutes later, I was still awaiting my food. 10 minutes later still, I asked again and was told by someone else that they didn't have an order for me. I told them that the other employee had told me he had seen it 20 minutes earlier, so they searched the system and found it.
Another 5 minutes and no one was still working the order. I asked a woman working the line what was going on and I received an indignant response and lots of attitude. The order was then prepared correctly and we finally received it a couple minutes later, after waiting nearly a half hour.
While we were eating, a couple of other customers returned to the counter due to issues with their meals. A mother and daughter that had placed an order at the self services kiosk after I had first talked to the first employee went to the counter more than 20 minutes after they had ordered and were also told that they didn't have the order. Even though they had a receipt, the order was nowhere to be found and had to be reentered.
Service was horrible, and the employees didn't seem to care about doing their jobs properly. I know it's Taco Bell and not a 5-star restaurant but this was the worst I've seen in a long time in a restaurant...
Read moreStopped for breakfast for the first time to give it a try. The prices were great at $1 for a burrito, $1 for a hashbrown and $2 for a quesadilla. But, what do you get for that price? Well, first you so not get a hashbrown, since they didn't put it in the bag! You also don't get your quesadilla cut well, so that when you try to take it out of the bag 1/4 at time, it breaks and the filing falls out. Also be ready for freshly made food, but that also means be ready for a wait. You get your food piping hot, which is great, just have five minutes to spare while they make it and you sit at the window. If you order bacon, it's very small bacon bits in your food. Basically, you less than what you pay for. As for $2 I could have gone to the McDonald's next door and gotten a S Sausage McMuffin with egg and had substantially more food. Overall, the food was hot and tasted good, I can't complain about that. But with missing food, not prepared well food, minimal filing and long wait, I'll be skipping them for breakfast next time. Maybe if I have time to go in and sit down so I can be sure my food is all there and cut it myself, I'll give them...
Read moreAround 1am I went to this Taco Bell and ordered my food, when I got to the window and received my food. I noticed an item was missing. The lady in the window didn’t say anything after handing me the food, she just closes the window and walked away. After honking for like 5 minutes, I finally got someone’s attention. I was then addressed by a guy who said he made the item, I expressed it’s not in the bag and he proceeded to look me in the face a repeat three times “you’re not lying”.I said “no, why would I lie”. He then made the food and had another worker hand it to me. I asked who the manager was, and the manager was the one who disrespected me. I came in the next day to speak with the GM and she kept saying “well I wasn’t there, but I’ll investigate”. I was given no help, no reinsurance things would improve, and not even a real apology or a way to make things right. I have never been one to complain, but this has made me wanna go to corporate and the google reviews. I hope corporate contacts me so I can get...
