Why would I go back there? Our eldest daughter came home from university and wanted the new chicken box. Neither of us has had KFC in over three years. We ordered online at 7:25 for a 7:45 pickup up. Walked in at exactly 7:45 to see nothing waiting on us in the online ordepick-upup area. Ten minutes into our surprise slumber party, an employee rudely asked me what my order was. I smiled and politely told her, and she quickly explained, "It'll be six minutes before the biscuits are ready." Two separate disgruntled customers joined the party both from the drive-through waiting on biscuits. An additional three guests placed orders complete with biscuits and received them before the original trio, not to mention countless drive through patrons. 8:18 I found myself receiving my order but felt I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention the delay to the manager on duty. With zero care, he explained he was aware of the state his establishment was in and seemingly couldn't care less. Well done Waldorf KFC, you and your fried chicken competitors across the street have earned the right to not receive my business due to a lack of respect for customers time, failure to adequately train your staff and a blatant absence of concern for basic customer service. My fellow citizens of Waldorf, we deserve better, and I guarantee we will not receive it as long as we put up with it. Chicken and nuggets were tasty, but the long awaited biscuits were a significant letdown. The establishment was clean too. It's definitely worth the trip to La Plata to not deal with sub-standard service. UPDATE The one saving grace I could always rely on. The Michael Jordan of clutch desserts. My Old Faithful and never wavering was the chocolate cake. They managed to botch that as well. My wife states, "It has a weird taste". I can feel the grit of unproperly stirred flour. Read moreThis location has the WORST customer service. I went there earlier this year and ordered honey BBQ wings. When I got home, I realized there was no sauce at all on the wings. I took it back and told them just to give me a refund. In the background, the manager and an employee were passively making snarky remarks to each other about how they could just had the sauce. If they were professional and apologetic about the inconvenience they had caused, I may have considered it. But because they were so rude and ignorant, I continued to demand a refund.

There was no greetings just "how can I help you" instead of allowing me tell them want I wanted they decided for me so it took longer to place order. Them when I get to the window the individual was not paying attention and was too busy taking to their coworkers about an issue that should not have been discussed at the window. They ended up charging and giving me the wrong order. It wasn't until I asked for my drink they realized the mistake. Had they been paying attention and confirmed my order like most places do this could have been avoided. I still was not given drink and had to remind them again that I had not reviewed it. I was refunded the difference that I was charged and I finally left. It's experiences like this that have made me not want to patronize these establishments. I just don't understand why customer service is so bad. I guess they all can't be Chick-fil-A.
