A few days ago, I came here to get something to eat on my lunch break. I arrived and ordered food at 1:08 pm. That is the time on my receipt. I sat down and waited for my food. 5 minutes go by... 10 minutes go buy. I must have lost track of time, because it was going on 1:30, and I realized that I still had not got my food as other customers came in after me and got theirs and walked out. I went to the cashier, and she looked at me bewilderingly, wondering why I had not gotten my food. I told her I was on my lunch break, and after 20 minutes, no food. She seemed confused and said it must have gotten cleared out of the system. At one point, I saw their clock behind the counter, on the wall, that tells them how long an order is taking. Not sure if it was mine, but one order took over 11 minutes, according to their clock. Maybe that one was mine? Not sure. At any rate, I told her at this point I need my money back and I will go somewhere else to get lunch. She told, who I assume, to be the manager, who was on the drive-thru that I needed my money back. I waited another 2 minutes and I practically had to throw a fit just to get my money back after waiting for 20 minutes and not getting my order. She finally came over, and didn't say a single word to me.. Didn't apologize or ask me what happened. Just went to open the drawer to reimburse me my money in cash. I said to her, "why are you so non-shalant about this? I waited 20 minutes, I'm on my lunch break." "How would you like it if you were on your lunch break and didn't get your order?" All she said was "I don't know what happened. I was just told to give you your money back." She hands me my money and some stupid coupon for a free taco the next time I come there. Needless to say, I crumpled it up and threw it in the trash on my way out the door because I do not plan to be going back. I even told the lady that I have always gotten good service there. I WAS a regular - but not anymore. What really pisses me off is that nobody apologized. The manager didn't apologize. She didn't ask me what happened. She didn't ask questions. That tells me that they don't care about fixing problems. Just give you your money back and send you out the door. BAD BAD...

Employee touch their hair with hand they not wash their hand restroom is very dirty. One customer tried to order at register but the employee said go and do at self checkout no receipt came out or nothing. One customer wants refund money back and employee said gave a receipt but he ordered at self checkout and receipt doesn’t print so she said they can’t do anything for him and he loos money.
