I normally don’t leave reviews, but after my experience this past Sunday, I feel like I have to speak up. The customer service at this place is unacceptable. You’d think I was asking for free food with the attitude I was met with. The woman working, her name Is Xiomara, I believe was incredibly rude from the moment I tried to place my order.

I speak both English and Spanish fluently, so communication should not have been an issue. I asked for my eggs "over hard" literally the only thing I said in English, and she just walked away without a word. I assumed she understood, so I sat down. Turns out, not only did she get my order completely wrong twice, but she also had the nerve to say, “Here we speak Spanish, not English.” Seriously?

That kind of comment is unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain ignorant; especially in a bilingual community. To make things worse, they gave me an incomplete breakfast, yet charged me for the full meal like everything was perfect. The women at the counter apologized for her but not her, no accountability; just attitude.

I will never be returning here. If you’re looking for authentic Hispanic or Latin food with respectful service, do yourself a favor and go to El Sabor Latino or El Paraiso. They know how to treat people right and their food is far better, plus they sell...

Umm customer service was badly organized we didn’t get a welcome or get seated to our booth we couldn’t tell where the line was! Some for pickup, some waiting to order no one greeted us but as we ordered she jumped to another customer while we were still ordering we thought she was the only one running the table until I noticed after awhile a lady who was with a crowd of customers & had a order book in her hand, she looked like she was having social time with them. So we didn’t understand why she wasn’t helping behind the table with her. After waiting 5 minutes she came back to us and we got our food in to-go boxes we thought it was a dine in but we just assumed they didn’t want us to…but no argument we left… When we were eating the food it wasn’t good it was too soggy COULD have been better! But needs to be runny organized…we wasted a...

My family and I ate here several times when they first opened. Small, family atmosphere. Friendly, attentive staff. No matter what we ordered it was delicious...time after time. Unfortunately the owners sold to someone new and the sign outside says there’s now a bakery. My daughter ordered take-out but when she arrived and looked at her order it was cold and unrecognizable. She asked for a refund and they kept her waiting 30 minutes before giving her money back. When the supervisor finally asked why she wanted a refund she opened the container and asked “what is this”? He said “what did you order”? She said “no...can you look at this and tell me what it is”. He couldn’t and gave her money back. PS ~ there was nothing in the bakery case. We won’t be going back. I’m...

I tried to patronize this business for the 1st time & won’t come back again unless I have someone who speaks Spanish fluently. So the lady gives me a menu, I ordered my food. Then received my receipt & she charged me more than what the menu states for both items. The cashier starts speaking in Spanish about me to another customer & acted as if she didn’t know what I meant. I asked for the manager, she comes out to the front & starts speaking in Spanish as well about me & then says well we didn’t change the menu so that’s the price. Even though it wasn’t a big difference in price, but it’s the principle. So I kindly requested my money back, because they found it to be funny that they are charging prices that aren’t displayed on the menu.

Not sure why this place doesn’t have at least 4 stars, maybe the old staff was different but the lady who served me at the counter today was really nice and helped me out with what all the different hot items were. I just ordered hot food that was out at the counter to go rather than dining in. I got 6 different items, two types of beef and pork and plantains and rice. Everything is really good. They gave me lots of extra tortillas and stuff to go. And poured lots of stew sauce over my rice. They also have a bakery with Mexican pastries, I just tried the tres leches at the counter which was really good. I would come back to this place! I think it deserves more stars

The manager and wait staff were amazingly nice and friendly. If I could give a review solely based on service I would give a 5 star rating, but the food itself needs some work. My empanada was very different than what I was used to having and the pupusas were lightly stuffed. They just opened, so I think they will get better with time! I'm gonna go back in a couple of months to see if they have gotten into the swing of it yet.
