Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Horrible experience. I pulled up to the drive thru. I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and a young man / employee at the dry thru, had a horrible attitude. First he snatched my card out of my hand after ordering, then I waited for about another 5 minutes, before having to blow my car horn. The employee finally looked up and waived his hand. I looked at him and advised, I didn’t know what his hand waiving meant. He then opened the window, as i asked for an ETA, as I have things to do. He advised shortly, but advised me that, due to a low drive thru volume, they don’t keep the pizza’s hot. Which I understand. Yet, he then proceeded to tell me, with an attitude, that next time let them know if I needed it immediately. Now, I said “Got It”, but, I will never go there again! Because, I’m not doing that! The only thing they needed to do, was to come back to the window, after a minute or two, a pro-actively advice of a ETA. I could have also been advised of an ETA, before my payment, as I would have made the decision if I wanted to proceed with my order or not. Yet, the negative attitude continued, as he gave me the pizza. I did check it out, to make sure it was safe before eating. Needless to say, I will never go...

Loved it when I could get it best pizza for your buck and now they shut the one in westminster down because they couldn't get anyone good to run it and they were all stealing and pocketing money they would do it right in front of u if they want to put one out here and the best place to put it is halfway to Taneytown and halfway to Westminster that way they could get the business from both I would run it I worked at Seasons Pizza for 10 years and that place was always Busy so I know I would have it running like a fine oiled machine just putting it out...

I stood at the register for 5 minutes while a Spanish cashier talked to other employees right in my face. She even greeted an employee who walked in to work behind me and it was as though I was invisible. This has never happened to me before in a business establishment. The employee then left to the back of the store still without acknowledging me and a separate employee noticed me about 3 minutes later and took my order. I hope no One else has to experience being treated as though they were...
