Parking is very limited (maybe 5 spots?) and access to beach is on residential street. The neighbors across from the park were selling parking spots in their drive way. However, the trip was worth it. After a small walk down the beach my dog was able to swim which was nice on this hot day. We also saw several fish and a manta ray that swam in the shallow water right up to the shore line. There was some wildlife (not sure what it was) that was fighting in the bushes right on the beach that my dog was very interested in investigating. There was a NATURAL beach and wildlife habitat there and it was destroyed because a FEW wealthy homeowners wanted to see a beach across the road from their house. This "public park" has less than adequate parking available for people, and most patrons of the park are harassed by these homeowners I mentioned earlier. Well it's been built up with condos' at the end of the road, beach on the bay, beach & inlet is still there, parking is very limited.
