Parking is very limited (maybe 5 spots?) and access to beach is on residential street. The neighbors across from the park were selling parking spots in their drive way. However, the trip was worth it. After a small walk down the beach my dog was able to swim which was nice on this hot day. We also saw several fish and a manta ray that swam in the shallow water right up to the shore line. There was some wildlife (not sure what it was) that was fighting in the bushes right on the beach that my dog was very interested in investigating. Would definitely come back for a quick swim to tire out the dog.

This park is awesome. There is very minimal parking sometimes in the summer the best thing to do is park at the park and ride and walk down sometime you can get a spot on the side of the road. Other than that it is a great spot and even for dogs. After storms, this place does gather some trash so if you are down there please make sure to grab as much as you can.

Was looking for a place I could take my dog into the water at Ocean City Maryland. Dogs are not allowed on the beach at the ocean from May through September. This is a small park on the Sinepuxent bay just over the Route 50 bridge. Not very crowded and nice people hanging out with dogs enjoying the water including mine.

It is a shame the local officials turned what was here, into this man-made sandbox. There was a NATURAL beach and wildlife habitat there and it was destroyed because a FEW wealthy homeowners wanted to see a beach across the road from their house. This "public park" has less than adequate parking available for people, and most patrons of the park are harassed by these homeowners I mentioned earlier. It is a shame that a place this nice was ruined for the...

I remember you this place 30+ years ago, it definitely has changed. It was a no-nothing place end of Old Bridge Rd next to Shanty Town... Well it's been built up with condos' at the end of the road, beach on the bay, beach & inlet is still there, parking is very limited. Nice place for DOGS, fishing, families, and watching dolphins & porpoises', great (small) place for rainy days at the beach.... As well as nice...
