Martini's Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Maryland

I have been supporting this business for at least 15 plus years. It has changed ownership and it shows. I was there Saturday night/Sunday for the NYE party. All was well until I went to order a second drink. The young lady gave me instant attitude the second I walked up to the bar she tells me you have to wait and rolled her eyes. Then she proceeds to turn her back and take selfies with her cell phone. There were 2 other patrons on my left also waiting for a drink before I asked. The young man asked her for a drink she told him he had to wait with the same attitude and proceeded to be in her cell phone again. Meanwhile two other bartenders were assisting other patrons. I got 1 attention and asked her to fix my drink she taps the same girl to tell her to serve me she rolls her eyes and says something and walked off. When she finally decided to come over and serve me it was with the same nasty attitude.I checked my bank account when I got back to my table she charged my card for 1 drink but gave me a receipt for twice the amount my card was charged which means she kept the extra money she charged my card for herself. I went back to the bar while waiting to speak to the bar manager another young lady was complaining how rude the same bartender was I asked her was it the short brown skinned one with locs she said yes she was so rude I don't even want her to make my drink. I then spoke to the manager who asked me why didnt I go back to who served me regarding the double charge on my card. I asked her why would I go back to the rude person who stole from me? Then instead of the manager refunding my card she offers me a second drink. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. Whoever you had working that bar 12/31/22 is a bad look for your business has a horrible disposition and bad customer service on top of flatout stealing from your patrons. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and The Attorney General's Office of...

Came to martinis for a Birthday party 03/25/2024 when I entered I said okay nice spot reminds me of New York city.. we didn't even get settle and Bartender came asking us do want a drink can we feel out the bar first So we ordered drinks a strawberry margarita & baha mama for 12 dollars each it taste like Juice!!.. such a disappointment order of fries were hot and good lol you can't go mess up French fries a lady next to us order the wings 10 wings 16 dollars the littlest wings I ever seen she offered me some flavor very bland!!.. than when the bill came alcohol fee and service fee I didn't like that at all I don't ever mind tipping but no extra charges should have been added especially we had juice drink no alcohol at all we were highly disappointed and...

This is like my 3rd time going to this club the drinks are already expensive and the food but for me to tip the people in cash and they still decided to tip there self off of every transaction on my card is insane to me. I took pictures this time because last time I called and couldn’t reach anyone then when I did I was told because of no pictures I don’t have proof… If I put 0 on my tip line and and sign my name on the line any amount of money after that is considered stealing to literally tip yourself 5 off of each of my transaction is crazy and I would like to talk to someone again about this because...
