This just happened today 3/ 30/2018. I used their drive thru and ordered french fries and sundae. When I was getting my order, the guy in the window gave me soda and sundae. I told him that I did not order soda; my order was french fries large. The nice guy gave me a large fries. When we tasted the fries, it was soggy and od so I again asked the guy to replace it with fresh fries. Then the guy told me i had to pay; so I gave him my credit card. Then I was still waiting for my fries, and Ihe gave me my new receipt and I was checking if he did not charge me double. While I was talking to guy and looking at the receipt, all of a sudden, a lady in old rose shirt (i guess that's their uniform) showed up in the window and screamed at me " YOU ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE, MOVE UP!!!!! OR ELSE I WILL CALL THE POLICE!!!". So I said, MAy I please speak to the manager? And she screamed back and said"I AM THE MANAGER!" IWILL CALL THE POLICE RIGHT NOW!!!!" Why was she threatening me ? First of all, she never asked what was the problem? They never asked me to move up and the guy was accommodating me in the window. The manager acted like a low level, low class, person in her way of handling the customer's issue. Nevertheless, i moved up ..The nice guy gave me my fries. The fries was burned and old! Please look at the picture I enclosed. The guy told me that the name of the manager was Gloria. This is ridiculous. I have never encountered something like this. Read moreSo. Sorry to whoever owns this franchise, but the staff here is probably the worst I've ever encountered in many McDonald's that I have been in over the years. Which is saying something.
The The food is not any particularly better or worse than most of the McDonald's I've been at, so it's not the backup house staff.
But the people at the counter have done things that baffle me. As far as customer service goes. I've asked for two courtesy waters and been told at various times that: they don't do courtesy waters, they have never done courtesy waters and they only give out one per person (the last one which could be considered a feasible rule, but since I don't hear it particularly often, I don't know if it is).
I've been told other things such as that they only give out two ketchup packets per order and even though there were two of us ordering on the same ticket, the rule was per order, not per person. That one I've never heard of before or since and I actually burst out laughing when it was told to me.
In times when I've been sitting near the registers, I've heard the front of house workers, some of whom I'm guessing were management or supervisors, arguing with other patrons, although I cannot attest to what the arguments were about. Just that they were happening.
So the two stars in this rating are entirely for the food being average McDonald's food. The low rating is due to the atmosphere created by the often disagreeable nature and often low standard of customer service that I have...
Read moreUpdate: I cannot say for sure this was not a one time thing but today I was hesitant to go to this location but it's the easiest to get to from where we live. They hit everything right aside from maybe the wait time but that wasnt even that bad today. The food was hot, the coupon didnt work so the cashier made sure to put it in manually, and they made sure my son had his sauce in his kids meal. Only bumping it to a 3 star until I know for sure this will happen everytime. But I was thrilled with today's service.
I hate this locations management. They do not train their employees to take care of customers. There is always a line of cars at the drive through. You never know how long you will be waiting
Food: is rarely even warm when you get it. If you complain they clearly just say whatever they think will get rid of you with the smallest amount of work. If you ask for any sauce when you order you likely wont get it. If you ask at the window they give attitude and then give it to you. If they ask about sauce while you order they forget about it and you dont get it. If you ask for a discount or try to use a coupon its hit or miss if they will make it work for you. They will try and tell you well there is X promotion or something else.
Service: I have had a few, very few at this location who actually know what customer is and I wish I could have gotten their names to thank them. But most of them have given attitude of some sort. It seems to me the cashiers are not trained the way I know...
