Three Brothers Italian Restaurant Odenton — Restaurant in Maryland

My Wife, Linda wanted to have a heartfelt Pizza Party and invite all the neighbors in the 55 years and older community of Maple Ridge in Piney Orchard that are mostly in there 70s and 80s and a couple that are near 90 years old to just have fun. Linda wanted to insure that she had great pizza from a small business instead of the huge pizza chains that usually make terrible pizza especially for older adults.

Linda and husband Edward reviewed many places and stopped into Three Brothers Italian Restaurant in Odenton. Their first impression was the superior cleanliness of the entire restaurant. It was spotless including the rest rooms. The second impression was the manager and the staff took personal pride of its cleanliness and also its quality of all their menu items. All the people that are employees really treat their customers as family. We ordered a special for each of us that included a slice of pizza, a huge salad and a soft drink with infinite refills. We knew we found the restaurant to feed 24 of Linda's guests.

The Manager Mr. Rodrigo and the owner Mr. Shaun Fair treat their employees like Gold and their customers too. Always pleasant and offering help like they did for Linda and Edward. We ordered 6 large pizzas, as recommended, for 24 attendees that were assorted from plain cheese to the a wide variety of toppings and were sliced 12 per pizza instead of the normal 8 to improve the handling of the pizza with older adults. That turned out to be a great suggestion.

In summary, Three Brothers Italian Restaurant in Odenton far exceeded are expectations. Linda's guests were so impressed from the most delicious pizza they have ever eaten and hearing about the highest qualities at the restaurant plan to visit and have their meals at Three Brothers too for a wonderful experience.

PS: The Owner Mr. Juan Fair is a chef and is honored to personally make fantastic meals for the troops at Ft. Meade at Thanksgiving through the Church.

Linda and Edward have never met an individual such as Mr. Juan Fair. We plan to vote Three Brothers Italian Restaurant in Odenton the Best Restaurant in AA County when May 2022 annual voting is conducted. And also for Best Person, Manager and Organization.

I have loved Three Brothers Odenton since they day they leased space in the Odenton Shopping Center. You wont find better quality food for this type of restaurant anywhere. Everything is prepped and made in house from sliced deli meats for subs to the pizza dough that is made daily along with the Marinara and pizza sauces which are also made daily. You wont find a duplicate of their Italian dressing anywhere and its a close family guarded secret recipe (I worked there for 4ish years 2000-2005 and I still don't know the exact recipe). They take cleanliness very serious from the dining room to the walk in to the back door - this place gets scoured and scrubbed! The crew was super friendly back with the original owner but the new guy Rodrigo has done a good job in keeping up the food quality legacy. Every time I am in town I have to stop in and get something, I cant be near Odenton and not make a pit stop at...

We ordered Tuna Salad, meatball sub, large fries, large Sierra Mist fountain drink, and a slice of cheesecake. I ordered through Door Dash, but am leaving this review right here. If they had sent the correct soda, i probably wouldn't have even thought about writing a review. Sometimes, something that small really does count. I ordered a Sierra Mist. I received Mountain Dew. I am not supposed to have caffeine. The soda was trashed. So..i'm $ down, AND have nothing to drink. Onto the food..the tuna salad is advertised to have "mixed greens". All i saw and tasted was iceberg lettuce..which is nutritional trash. The oil used for the salad dressing (which i also suspect is used for the french fries; same taste) is old, and has the taste of oil about to turn rancid. Best thing about the meal was the cheesecake..and they don't make it there. Will not be ordering from...
