I have experienced consistently poor customer service at this location. The staff needs substantial training, as they often appear confused, resulting in incorrect orders nearly every time. I've made the decision to avoid the drive-thru entirely because it’s simply not worth the frustration. This location requires a serious overhaul when it comes to staff training and attention to detail. After wasting too much time on incorrect orders, I will not be returning to this location due to the staff's ongoing incompetence and incorrect orders. I plan to contact the corporate office because this location is giving the Popeyes brand a bad name.

Read moreI went through the drive through and ordered a 4 PC mild with all wings. My card was run, then I was given the bottle of water I ordered. I was told they did not have any wings unless I wanted to wait or have spicy. I said no, the manager (a lady in a black shirt) then came to the window and said you can get a mild breast and legs. I said ok. My card was still sitting on the ledge near the machine, the card was then run again and the bag of chicken was handed out the window along with the card. I pulled around, parked, and checked my bank online. I had two charges back to back: one for $19.38, which my order always costs, and one for $19.91. I went into the store and asked why they had run my card for two charges the manager tried to deny it saying there was never another order or a second charge. I ordered the 8-piece meal and the shrimp basket combo with cajun fries. The total came to a whopping $29. After paying at the window I noted that there were 7 employees in the front of the house even though the dining room was closed. I don't know how many were in the back cooking. With all those employees servicing only the drive thru, I could not understand the delay. I waited about 7 minutes, and then I was asked to pull around and wait in the parking lot as the shrimp were still cooking. After another 10 minute wait I went to the lobby door and got the attention of an employee inside. I asked about my order and she went back to investigate, returning shortly with the bag.
