McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Out of all the local McDonalds. This one is the worse. I don’t expect “decent” service. I don’t expect “good” food. It’s McDonalds. I expect to go in, uneventful pickup and eat my McDonald’s food, which should be consistent since it’s a franchise. Pickup, it was “ok” no one else in the lobby, the manager Hispanic lady just standing there chatting it up laughing, made eye contact a bunch of time, but can’t even hand me my food, while her minions just running around. It’s McDonalds, I don’t expect fast service, for a fast food place. 3 minutes later, got my food that been longing for my touch. Got in the car, started munching on my freshly made food. No, stale fries at 11am. Ok. Maybe no one order fries. Ate one of my fillet o fish in the car, bread tasted a bit stale too. Oh well it’s filet o fish. So dry I had to stop somewhere to get something to drink, yes I didn’t get a meal because I didn’t want any soda. Got home sat down, to eat the rest of my food. I KNOW TIMES ARE HARD. EVERYTHING EXPENSIVE. BUT ARE YOU SERIOUS, you guys rationing tartar sauce. No wonder why my first one was so dry. Stale bread and half a table spoon of tartar sauce. Like you guys already put half a slice of cheese on the filet o fish. Got me so worked up, I had to log in to my Google account. Write this long review. Ration tartar...

We are going to this McDonald's from past 20 years when it used to be a great place to get together. I feel bad saying that now we don't even want to by anything from this McDonald's. Staff is so rude and disrespectful even to kids. Drive through sucks. I took my family at this branch a week ago and order food for almost $30 which includes 20 piece nuggets. While eating my daughter who is just 7 years old finished her BBQ sauce and I told her to get another one from the front counter. Upon asking for just one BBQ sauce, first they ask her to show receipt and then ask for 25 Cents. This is shame to the Owner and Manager who cannot even provide one BBQ sauce to a child who bought 20 piece nuggets. My wife ask for Napkins since they were behind the counter, (not sure why) but was given like 2 Napkins. We used this branch of McDonald after so many years since we experienced and heard about bad staff behaviour from my friends and family but other day we were a Global foods and this was the closet McDonald. From past 10 years we been using other McDonald branch on Cherry hill Road which way far better then this branch. I will never go to this McDonald branch any more and make aware to rest of my family...

I was doing doordash and couldn't go inside, so i went thru the drive thru. The order wasn't ready. So they asked me to come in. I told them i have health issues and can do that. Can some1 bring it out at one of the marked parking spots. She nodded yes. So i pull into the spot. 2 cars get their order and a car parks next to me. She brings the order to them and not to me. So I pull back thru the drive thru. The cashier is hanging the order out the window with 3 cars in front of me. Smh. I take it and go on about my orders.

I get another order for this McDonald's and have the same issue again. But this time, the drivethru is backed up. So why is it the order not ready yet. they refuse to give it to me in the drive thru nor bring it out to the marked spots for drivethru orders in the parking lot. they threaten to call the police. because i wouldn't come in the store to get the order, when i asked to have it brought to my car and telling them my health issues. They are rude, and there is a language barrier as well. They need to get people who actually want to work and have customer...
