McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Hello. I was recently at this McDonalds in ocean city Maryland. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had and completely degrading to me, my family and an embarrassment to the McDonalds corporation. I simply was making my daughter happy by getting her a 10 piece chicken nugget meal large with an orange soda and a small sprite. I paid my bill at the first window and my total was nearly 9.00 so I didnt even think to look to see if I was charged for what I ordered. When they presented the food it was only a 10 piece nugget and the sodas. I said to the clerk that my fries were missing. She then Proceeded to tell me I didnt order fries etc and was very rude to me. I simply wanted her to void my order and rering it because I didnt want to be charged alacart but she only offered to charge me additionally for a large fry which is 4.49. After her and the girl who took the order berated me and embarrassed me with their judgement I requested a full refund. I also ask to speak to a manager about the way I was treated and the girl I talked to said she was the manager I asked her name she refused to give it to me. I have been a customer for nearly 45 years and have never been treated this poorly. I will never return to this McDonald. We ended up at the McDonalds in ocean pines and got what we ordered and didnt have to pay any extra...

So I had a coupon for buy one get one happy meal. We decided to use it today. We ordered 3 meals for the kids, and BEFORE paying for them showed the cashier our coupon. My husband even asked her again if she saw the coupon and used it. She said yes. She didn't speak good English but we figured she understood us, I mean its a coupon and says buy one get one and she looked at it, so we figured she's got it. Once she gave us the receipt, the happy meals were all full priced. So we politely asked to refund the money for one of them. Another lady came to us and said they don't do that once its paid. My husband was getting a little upset, its clearly employees fault, why can't you fix it?! We asked for the manager. He already didn't have a happy look on his face coming to us, rudely asked for the card, refunded the money without saying a word. Then, at the end he says - next time tell us you have a coupon before paying!! We were like really?!?! So of course my husband loses his temper and says a couple good words to him, which he in return smashed his window closed... The end. Bottom line, try to avoid this McDonald's...if you find that you really need to go there and want to use a coupon - make sure you ask them three or better 4 times...
