I had the worst service today from the window clerk at 6:24 PM to the two managers on duty. I ran to this McDonald's for a quick bite to eat because it ou n my way home. After having to pay $3.18 extra for bacon on 2 double cheeseburgers which cost $3.98 total over $7, which was fine because it was what I ordered. The drive-thru window clerk asked me to pull up to the line. They were pretty busy and I figured they needed to cook the bacon, so I pulled up and waited for my food to be brought to me... And waited... And waited. Eventually, I'd felt like I'd been waiting too long for what I'd ordered. I pulled out my receipt and saw that I'd been waiting at least 15 minutes. I went inside to ask about my order. The young man at the counter, explained to the manager that I hadn't received my order and was still waiting. She then came to ask what I was missing even though the only items on my receipt (which was in her hand) were the 2 double cheeseburgers. I explained everything again to the manager. She stated she had given the window clerk my order. Then went and asked her about the order. After a few minutes I heard the manager yelling out my order to the cooks to be made again. The window clerk had given my order away to another customer. I asked the manager what was happening she said was having it remade for me but I had to wait again. I was livid but calmly asked for a refund. I have worked in service ALL my life and I have never NOT had someone realize they made a mistake and not acknowledge or apologize. I could have looked past everything but I had to inform them of an error on their end, and not one of the employees ever offered an apology. The second manager didn't even acknowledge me (not a word) as she processed my refund. She just put my money in my hand and walked away. Read moreI visited the store with my 3 year old for lunch and playtime. We were unable to visit the play area because there were children who were visibly older than the maximum required age occupying the area. My son and I decided to eat first and see if the area would clear out. While eating we were disturbed by two pre teens that were not eating, using profanity and obscene language. This led me to pack up our food and move to the other end of the restaurant. This was not any better as there were about 5 other pre teens gathered (not eating) standing in the walkway, speaking loudly and using offensive language. My son and I didnt even finish our food before I felt I had to pack up the rest of food and exit the restaurant. Also the kids pace never cleared out. I had to explain to my son who was teary eyed that were could go play that its my job to keep him safe and we could not play because it was not safe. My son enjoys McDonalds especially to be about to go inside and play. This was the worse experience we have had at a location. This location is considered our neighborhood location and because of this I will make sure that we travel a little further for a better experience. The employees aren’t reading back orders to assure they got it right ? The manager calls the police on you instead of fixing the problem . My life is at stake cause your employee aren’t trained to know that they satisfy the customer when the employees messed up . They hid in the back holding up the line waiting for the police because the lady taking my order don’t know how to use to mobile codes properly again how is that on me . Y’all need better training or different diversity in there the sandwich was seen laughing walking past the window then the order taker at 2:14 am lied and said she didn’t ask me for the code I will attach a video to show what’s going on in this store at night !!!
