It's about the worst service I have experienced in fast food it to 15 minutes to get a chocolate milk shake and I received a vanilla Milk shake I walked inside because the drive thru was backed up around the building and out onto eastern boulevard and it appeared to have a full staff in the cooking area I don't believe McDonald's has mastered how to deal with carryout service obviously need some major changes .... I do have to comment on the previous store manager/owner when I worked next door 10 years ago he would be there during the morning shift and when he was there you gave your order paid received your cup before you could walk 6 ft fill your drink reach for a lid(SOMEONE WOULD YELL OUT YOUR ORDER NUMBER) YEAH LESS THAN 3 MINUTES YOU HAD YOUR MEAL IN YOUR HAND!!! You always knew when he was there by the precision timing not to mention the correct food in the bag I never even checked it when he was there I didn't feel it was necessary... I guess the new owners don't care or don't know how to run it properly but they have no problem increasing the prices on the menu like everything else I see around me especially the Baltimore area high prices poor service... Doesn't anyone take pride in anything anymore??? Or is it all about a fast Buck???? Really sad I'm sorry but I'm glad that the love of my life didn't make it to see what this world has become and what it's becoming I don't see anyone who cares well I do still take pride in my work maybe that's why I can't keep up...
Read moreThe smell of urine comming from.the broken bathrooms is intense. They have been broken for weeks. This location spent Monday to build a wall behind the registers so no customers can see how disgusting it must be back there. First and only mcdonalds I've seen were the kitchen is not visible to the customers in anyway. Nothing else was done either when they remodeled. Since the wall of disgust has been built this location has gotten so bad. 95% of the employees appear to be family and are unable to speak English. Therefore ordering or speaking to the mcdonalds staff leads to them just smiling and shaking there head as they have no clue what your saying. Just would think the employees tasked with communication to the customer would speak the same language. Still would rather deal with a person like that then the employees who do speak English. You can tell there really good at fooling there mangers into thinking there good for this location. It's far from the truth. They hate there jobs so much they literally yell at you and are never I mean never nice in any way. They hate you for comming to mcdonlds. Read moreTerrible customer service, my experience with the staff was not good they forgot an order of fries and I thought a drink but I ordered on the app and I must have forgot to add the drink. No problem but I need to order the drink and pay so one of my kids didn’t have to go without a drink. They told me to go back around and get in line for a drink which took forever in the first place. Manager came over and was very rude also couldn’t figure out how to make it work so over a $1.45 drink I wanted my money back for the order. I am positive they could have added it but they were either stupid or incompetent and I wasn’t having it. McDonald’s has to do better with manager selection this was something that shouldn’t have even been an issue.
