Horrible! The manager at this location should not be in her position! She was absolutely rude while taking my order, and I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes before even receiving my food. Once I got my food I pulled into a parking space to check my food just to realize they forgot my 20pc nuggets. I went to go inside to speak with someone and they locked the doors early. So I had to go back through the drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and explained what happened, and the manager abruptly cut me off and told me to pull up to the first window. So now I had to sit in this long and slow line once again! When I finally got to the window I asked to speak with the manager and she very rudely said "I'm the manager!" I explained what happened as I was now irritated by the 35 minute wait, out of honey mustard, the rude attitude I recieved along with no apology for forgetting my food, and now my food was ice cold. She asked to see my receipt and as I went to hand it to her, she literally ripped it out off my hands and storms away screaming "where's my keys?" At that point I'm wondering what's going on. She comes back to the window and says "Your food, and your money!" And slams the window! I'm appalled by the way this manager behaved. You do not treat customers like that, no matter what! A simple explanation, and an I'm sorry would have sufficed... it is the food and hospitality industry... Where was the hospitality? I will not return to that...

First time ordering here on app. Just picked up my food about 10 min ago. Ordered a $5 meal mcdouble, a large fries, and a double bacon cheeseburger. I come home and noticed a small fries is missing from the bag for the 5 dollar meal. Not going back for the small fries. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews on here is based on how a lot of people are missing their orders. I didn't checked the bag which I should've done. I noticed bacon was missing on my burger. Was not happy. Came back and was upset of course and explained to them and showed them the burger without bacon. My order is usually accurate at this location. Thus the 3 stars...The staff however, all look miserable. They don't tell you your total at the window unless you ask. Instead just hold thier hand out for your payment. Go to the next window and your food/drinks are shoved at you out the window without a word. Yes, I've pointed this out to them at this location, but get a blank stare..lol I mean, I get it ..A bunch of teenagers making minimum wage, right? Wrong! I had that job when I was a teen too! I took pride in that job and took it seriously as it was my job.
