McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Went there on Christmas Day with my fiance while waiting for the movie to start at the AMC theater nearby. They looked pretty busy but didn't seem like they were understaffed. Placed an order on the phone and waited. Didn't take to long to get our order. Got our cups and I went to get some sweet tea since it looked like they didn't have any unsweet. Moment I drank it it was really gross. It was really sweet it tasted very rancid and fermented as if it's been there for a few days. After about 10 min I didn't feel too good while eating my burger. I started feeling sick. After the line dies down I went up to the counter and talked to a young girl that there tea went bad. She looked at me and didn't show any concern and told me okay. Finally went to the bathroom still feeling sick. The bathroom was very hot and noticed the heat was totally blasted in there. I went to wash my hand after I was done and noticed the soap from the dispenser was really hot too. After I was done washing my hand I noticed there were water leaking from under the sink, not a normal drip drip but just totally coming out. Luckily there was a drain under it. The hand dryer wasn't working and find out I had to hold it down to get it to work. I finally came out and my fiance was complaining how it was really cold in here and I told her about the bathroom thing. Anyhow sat back down still feeling sick and noticed the trash bins near us was totally overflowing and there were even trash on the tray holder. I asked my fiance if they actually changed the sweet tea and she told me not that she know of. So we finally ended up leaving luckily there was on more trash bin by another door and that was overflowing but I was able to put our trash in it. Ended up being sick for the rest of the night and going to the bathroom throughout the night and even had to call out from work...

The incompetence at this McDonalds is truly alarming. It’s as if a random group of strangers who have never worked at McDonalds (or even in the food industry) have been pulled in to wear the uniform and try to figure it out. We were asked to wait curbside for the rest of our order, they finally brought some out ten minutes later but we still didn’t have the chicken nuggets or drink for our daughter’s happy meal, or the bottle of water we’d purchased. We waited another ten minutes and watched an employee bring food out to all the other cars parked curbside - there were several - and skip us. Finally, I decided to go in with the receipt but was met by another employee as I got out of the car. She asked me what my order was, I told her, she peeked in a bag and handed it to me, I said we still needed the water.. checked the bag and it was a totally different order, not ours.. so I caught up with her to hand it back. She seemed to have an attitude with the car waiting next to us because their order was also wrong, and she then asked for my receipt. I gave her the receipt, repeated that we were waiting on those three items, and she returned several minutes later with an entirely new happy meal, and no water. At that point we decided it wasn’t worth the added frustration to wait for the water. Further, the juice box in happy meal #2 was squished so badly it was barely usable, and the straw was split in the middle. Unreal. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different...

I gave this place 1 star because at 6:10 I was standing there before a cashier took my order that was 6:25. Just to tell me my order would take long. I said I would wait 7 minutes before I would have to cancel my order.. I had to be at work 7..I didn't get my order until 6:57 Why should I have to wait that long inside of McDonald's when there was no line. It was me and one other man. Smh..he was getting a Lil fussy as well...very slow...thanks for making me late for work... when in reality I think McDonald's breakfast should offer more then pork sandwiches I hate that I have to order fake steak on my sandwiches because there Patty's and bacon 🥓 is pork..they should offer beef Patty's sausage or beef bacon. Not just steak or chicken. Smh...that is why McDonald's is always my last pick of places I would go out to eat... McDonald's need a better idea 💡 🤔 for food... they also need to think about us people that don't eat pork.. why should we have to pay more because of it...hmm I think maybe I should air this publicly... because to think of it its wrong and discrimination against non Americans that don't eat pork.. all we have as a choice is steak and chicken . Why should we have to wait for lunch or dinner for beef..or a salad 🥗...now I wonder how many people would...
