They used to have good food. The food here is not Mcdonalds quality at all. It is actually horrible I am not satisfied with any item on the menu they mess up everything to be honest. Its to the point I know its intentional. When will this Mickey Ds get back. I hated it the last 10 visits I had they cant even make a cookie right how is the cookie wrong smh, its stale and dirty. The burgers are made wrong and usually rubbery and dirty funny tasting not fresh or a mcds burger taste standard, or quality, the food is under cooked. I dared to buy a milkshake once it got me sick truthfully. The nuggets are half raw. I give up they are not to mcds standards anymore after the many chances I gave them. I tried to let them redeem their self and it hasnt happen. Read moreI walk in after placing a mobile order. Not once was i greeted, asked am i ordering or picking up, or acknowledged in and type way. I’m standing at the counter for about 5 min, i see my food gets made but the manager is so busy gossiping with the employee in drive-thru she doesn’t even know I’m waiting for that for because she acting like she doesn’t see customers walking in the dining room, once the employee tells her she has customers she walk past me so she still down acknowledge me in any way to see why I’m waiting which means I’m waiting for nothing and my food is getting cold. Now here’s where it getting interesting as the manager walks away to take a order the girl in drive-thru gets into a argument with another girl in drive-thru, both are using profanity, loud, and the manager is just so zoned out it’s like she isn’t noticing anything around her. I ordered from the app for my Grandson, (like I always do) and sent him a screen shot of the mobile order because I was all the way in Glen Burnie at work. Even after I spoke to the manager they refused to give him his order because my phone was not within a set radius of the store. I drove all the way across the key bridge and to this location to get his food. It should have been free of charge at this point but I didn't even receive an apology. The whole point of using the app is for convenience. I stop here often when I drop him off at school. I'll never spend money at this location again. The manager needs to learn some customer service with her stank attitude. I deal with irate customers at my job all the time so I understand the other end of it but this was just unnecessary. If it's necessary to be within a mile of the location when the order is placed, it should not allow payment to be charged.
