McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Where do I even begin? I don’t usually eat fast food but was stuck in typical bridge traffic delays, so I decided to get a quick bite for lunch. How hard can it be to get an order correct? A McDouble with extra onions and pickles. That’s it! One burger. I pull out of the drive thru to “check” my order. I get no onions or pickles. I walk in to have order corrected. FIVE attempts later, it’s eventually right. 1st attempt, drive thru. Huge mistake. Second attempt…….it now has no pickles. 3rd attempt……..they give me two single plain cheeseburgers. 4th attempt………a McDouble no ketchup. As I’m feeling like Aston Kutcher was about to pop out, and tell me I’ve been punked, the little mouthy “freckled” faced girl who was losing her patience because I was inconveniencing HER, stated loudly that “Please let this order be right because he’ll die if there’s no ketchup on it!” At this time, managers or what appeared to be managers, just stood there, like deer in the headlights. ZERO accountability for her unprofessional display. This place is an underachieving establishment with the inmates running the asylum. Side note. A customer behind me had to come in from the drive thru to correct her “plain Mcchicken……..THEY LITERALLY ONLY PUT A CHICKEN PATTY IN THE WRAP WITHOUT A BUN. this is what $15. an hr. looks like. Unfortunately the back line employee’s making the food were clearly lacking in understanding any kind of English and weren’t capable of fully understanding simple directives given to them. They aren’t deserving of one star, but can’t comment without giving them...

I usually don't have a problem with McDonald's when I go there, but today, I had the worse experience with this group. As i was standing there, a woman came back in because they messed her food up, i should of known my food would be alsl, but not only did I have to wait 15 minutes for my food, which I never do, but I got two milkshakes and specifically asked for no whipped cream on the chocolate milkshake, wouldn't you know i had to tell them no whipped cream for a second time and had to have my milkshake remade. The milkshakes were messy, took the guy 2 minutes to clean the cups, no big deal, but then he erased my order and ignore me the first time I asked for my cup for a tea that I ordered, which was clearly on the order slip. Then I asked for sweet and sour sauce and bbq sauce and the girl goes to get it, only coming back with bbq sauce and tells me they are out of sweet and sour sauce without fully looking. I get home to eat and My hamburger had cheese on it, it clearly says on the reciept hamburger. The group working also ignored two other woman, whom asked for their drinks and cups as well right as I was standing there waiting for my cup. The group working right now is horrible. I never have a problem with the other groups working. They are always on top of everything, cups first, and food in less then 5 minutes. Never again will I go when this group...

All I wanted was a McChicken & Hot Mustard. After a long night, my wife & I are hungry (10:30 pm), We mobile ordered & went in the right lane of the drive through (dual lane) where all signage was blank. We proceeded through & informed the staff of our issue. We were told to pull forward & wait for our food.

After waiting 10 minutes, I went in & as I went in the first door our food was given to me. But drinks were m. issing. The employee scurried off as quick as possible behind the counter. I waited patiently for service but no answer. Finally he came to the counter speaking horrificly broken english... drive thru only, no inside. I proclaimed we need our drink, grande diet coke. He gave me empty drinks & asked if id lock doors behind me. Unbeknownst to me, this McDonald's got rid of the public fountain dispenser which has been there for 30+ years. So now my wife's pissed, she just wanted a diet Coke. Now that the aimless employee was running around insanely, my wife went in demanding a diet coke. After several disputes she got her diet coke. My main question being, isn't the point of mobile ordering to have it ready by the time you get there? This is unfortunately a common problem at...
