I just had one of the best triple cheeseburger ever made by Justin I am so grateful for him and his Pleasant personality. I cannot remember the young lady's name who was at the window who serviced me and my husband but I will tell you this she really understands customer service she tolerated my husband's lack of patience with a smile on her face and that's rare and I want to thank her for her Pleasant personality. However I called after finishing my meals at home just to tell them how wonderful the service was in particular tonight but instead I was met by what I believed was the supervisor who does not understand the concept of customer service in any way. She lied and said they were busy which I knew they weren't cuz I just left there and she hung up on me for no apparent reason she didn't even ask me why I was calling. This is not the first negative experience I've had with this particular manager, I feel that if she would just take the time to treat all people like people and give people an opportunity instead of acting like we're bothering her or worse treat us like she could care less about us being patrons as spending our money in this organization McDonald's would be better off. To the young people working there my whole purpose for calling was to let you guys know how I would appreciated you. I know it's a hard job in most of the time A thankless one we just want our food and we gone, it's fast food for goodness sake. But when you have a rare experience where the food is fresh at 8 o clock at night and everything is perfectly well done. I feel I need to express my gratitude. I come to expect stale food and stop coming to McDonald's I was only there tonight because my husband was so desperate to get a sweet tea and a fish sandwich. Read moreSo. Mediocre is easily defined as it's an average across the board. McDonald's was below average, I wish I could give it 0 stars. It's so below average, if the store closed, I might give it 1 star rating. Never have I been so aggravated sitting in a long line, to wait another 5 minutes at the speaker, to be told my order can't be completed at the register, then have it completely wrong at the 2nd window. Oh, and the atrocities have not ended for this story. I pulled over, walked inside. Was ignored for another few moments before the manager acknowledged my presence, and was given false hope to be helped momentarily. Anger floods me but I remain calm as when a young man comes to the register to assist me in rectifying the problem, he immediately grabs the first 2 boxes of chicken nuggets that just finished being boxed. I thank him, and get back to my vehicle....I might of been terrible at math, doubtful....because I know 9 + 4 does not equal 20 nuggets....but aside from that, I got nugget flavored ice cubes. At least they would of been more useful that way. All in all, if I had a genie and 1 last wish, it would be to fire everyone at that store. Because this was not a one of situation. The lady on the mic said she could not understand me when I attempted to place my order, she told me to drive to the second window. I drove to the second window and placed my order. I got my food and left. I could tell that the chubby Caucasian lady on the mic has a poor customer service communication skills from the way she spoke to me over the mic.
Sunday April 14. 2024. 6:18 am. I drove straight to the second window to place my order. When I got to the window the same chubby Caucasian lady was at the window to take my order and the first thing she said to me was ''You don't come straight to the window you should place your order before coming to the window''.
She was very impolite and confrontational. I told her that yesterday she told me to drive to the second window because she did not understand me and that's why I drove straight to the second window so she can understand me when I place my order.
I told her she needs to treat customers nicely and that she does not know who she is attending to when she attends to customers. She frowned at me and closed the window.
MANAGEMENT SHOULD TRAIN HER TO BE POLITE AND COURTEOUS TO CUSTOMERS. SHE NEEDS TO WORK ON HER ATTITUDE...
